Terrible smell, and strips color
I’ve used the original formula twice. The fumes are *horrid,* so I thought I’d try the Inverto this time. Big mistake.True, there were no fumes while using this product. However, I’ve shampooed my hair at least ten times now, and I cannot get rid of the dreadful chemical smell. I’ve tried four different shampoos, scrubbing with baking soda, rinsing with vinegar — no luck. My hair still smells. I’ve resorted to spraying perfume in my hair.Also, a warning for blondes: This product strips color dramatically. I wish I’d noticed the Inverto for Blondes product before I put this one in my cart. I was a level 7; I’m now a full shade (or more) lighter.Two stars, because my hair is straight & shiny, so at least there’s that.
