I had to give it 2 weeks before I considered to write a review. But if I'm honest, within a day I felt a difference in my face first and then my lady parts. I am 48 and 6 months shy of full menopause (no period for 6 months now) All the symptoms hit me like a brick last July. Weight gain in hips and thighs and belly. I am thinking maybe it was the Black Cohosh. I guess some people do get adverse reactions. 12% according to Web MD . So go figure...one of that 12% is me. So I quit taking it and low and behold, next day back to normal no bloating. So I guess I would say that it's maybe worth trying and return if you get bad reaction. Ladies, I am forgoing my gel nails so I can afford the more expensive brand for now and search for another brand with no Black Cohosh.

I bought these for menopause symptoms. I wasn’t able to take it long enough to notice if it helped with those or not. For about a week I was completely EXHAUSTED and couldn't figure out why I was constantly wiped out. Then I remembered I had started taking this about 10 days prior. I stopped and within 36 hours I was back to normal. These also made me feel a little on edge, like I might go off the handle if something went wrong. I take Wild Yam for hot flashes and ashwaghanda for anxiety/calming if someone is looking for alternatives.Everyone is different and these could be awesome but just didn’t work for me :(
