I was looking to purchase a UV water purifier with an option which vends hot water as well. After some research, I stumbled upon this product which caught my eyes both in terms of brand as well as features. With no hesitation, I made a purchase. The experience was seemless and I got the product delivered the very next day. The installation was also stress free and was carried out without any hassles one day after delivery. No follow up was required for getting the installation done. Coming to the features the purifier looks is pretty eye catching. Looks nice in kitchen with led lights on. The water purification is clean and works well. The hot water facility is what makes this product standout. You can get drinkable water at 45° in 1.5 min and cooking water at 80° in 3 min. This makes it very convenient specially when many members in the family prefer hot water for drinking.Drawbacks:1. Hot water vending is not instant. You need to wait for 1.5 min to get 45° C drinking water.2. Annual Maintenance charge is bit on a higher side. You need to replace filter almost every year. So purchasing AMC is preferred but it costs you around 2.5K for one year for this model. For RO model, it's even costlier.The review is based on the usage for 2 weeks.

The product is good, but the service technician is useless and worst.Have been raising service request for past 3-4 days now and no attendance.On top of it, the technician once called asking if we are interested to service, even though it was us who raised the request.

I think it's the best. Performance is really good. Installation was a little difficult. Because AO Smith is not available in my area.Before buying you should call customer care and ask if they provide service in your area or not.The water heats up nicely. It's very convenient in cold weather.Update after one year-although the filter is amazing. There's a con. It was time to finally get it serviced after a year, and ao Smith representatives calculated the estimate which was around 6-8 k. I think that this amount is a little extra. Luckily I knew a kent representative so I got my service done in 3k with all the filters and products that kent uses. The products he used were - filters from kent and uv light was from Phillips. So overall I would say that apart from the price aspect of servicing the product is good.

I have been using this since 1 month and till now its good, water tank capacity is the best, there is no leakage or waste of water there. Install was smooth. Filters they are providing is best in class even for uv section.

Got this model without RO as my TDS level was in acceptable range (320)..The hot water (80°) and drinking water (45°) is the best thing about this product and is so convenient..you would appreciate it more once you have it because prior to this I used an electric kettle for hot water (I get seasonal allergies a lot)..it wasn't too cumbersome as such just to make hot water in kettle but when I got used to the convenience of getting hot water straight out of the filter it makes a delightful change in your life/routine that you wouldn't want to go back to the previous way of heating water in kettle or stove. The product is well built and the technician did a good job of wall mounting.. it's sturdy and hold it's weight. Water level is also clearly visible unlike few other brands in the market. Everything is automatic and has led markers when it's time for filter change etc..no need to keep a track of months to change filter etc!
