Q: Do these fit a jll is 200 spin bike

They should fit any bike my set have gone rusty

Q: Do these come with instructions on how to fit? We purchased another product but returned them as we cannot work out how to fit them.

I am not sure that instructions were present, but my husband fitted the pedals with no problem. It was easy , we stopped the pedal from spinning and then just used a regular spanner.

Q: Do theses pedals take SPD cleats

In a word no. They're supplied with plastic toe clips, you need a dedicated pair for spd I'm afraid
