The UF membrane of the filter gets jammed frequently, requiring me to clean it every other day. This constant maintenance has become quite a hassle, and it is nothing like the seamless performance I experienced with the same model I bought from a retail shop five years ago.When I first purchased the water filter, I expected it to function as efficiently as its predecessor, which served me well for years. However, it seems like the build quality or the materials used in this new purchase are subpar, resulting in an inferior UF membrane. The filter's inability to function without clogging up so frequently makes it more of a burden than a convenience.I have followed the manufacturer's instructions diligently and have even tried using different water sources, but the problem persists. I understand that water quality can vary, but the older version of the same filter had no issues handling a similar environment effortlessly.Aside from the inconvenience of constant cleaning, I am concerned about the long-term durability of the filter. If the UF membrane is already struggling after a short period of use, I worry that it might not last as long as expected, making this purchase a waste of money.I have always been a loyal customer of this brand, and my previous positive experience led me to choose the same model again. However, I am deeply disappointed with the decline in quality, especially considering the substantial price I paid for this water filter.I hope the manufacturer takes customer feedback seriously and looks into improving the UF membrane's design and overall performance. Before you are going to buy this product you must read this review first.Initially the product was looks really good and filtration process was also looking nice but the problem came after 20-25 days of usage.My Experience:-Really bad product, I generally used to pour already filtered water purchased from local vendors in my area but still the UF membrane started clogging and when I cleaned it for first time the particles of charcoal came from it, Its really shows that the product is having manufacturing issues in designing which really problematic for long run.I would really like to point out some other issues which I'm facing today as well-1. for warranty claim you have to carry this product to service center there is no home visits for this line of products from kent.2. Service center always have their own justifications for your query they don't want to accept that there is a problem in their product rather they will blame you that you have higher expectations.3. Company will assist you to clean the UF membrane whenever you are feeling the water is clogging but what if it's clogged every 2nd day this makes this product really inconvenience to use.4. Customer care and service center personnel are also looking so irresponsible toward this product they are so casual and ignorant , if they feel that there is no issue in product and you insist them to replace any part of it they will ask you to pay money even if the product is in warranty.Conclusion-Please don't go for this product at all otherwise you will suffer a lot like me instead you can go for old traditional ceramic water purifier, I think it will work well than this so call advanced product from the so called reputed company who only wants to serve who purchased their expensive products and take budgeted products as inferior.
