I've been taking this supplement in the evening to prepare my body for sleep. I have ADHD and take a stimulant to function during the day. I'm an insomniac with or without the ADHD meds. I take this before bed along with my melatonin and it has helped make it easier for me to fall asleep earlier in the evening. Magnesium Glycinate is a superior form of magnesium that does not come with the stomach upset of magnesium citrate. I was initially confused on the nutrition facts label on the back with 270mg listing and 1500mg under that but I realized that the 270mg is the amount of Elemental Magnesium in the Glycinate. This is probably not the cleanest Magnesium Glycinate supplement on the market as it does have fillers of rice flour, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide but considering you get a 4 months supply at only $10, you can decide if it's worth it for you!

This is a triple strength magnesium glycinate supplement compared to the dosage that I normally take, so right off the bat I'm definitely pleased with this purchase! I've been using this supplement to help me relax & sleep better by taking it about an hour before bedtime, from my own personal experience I can honestly say that it does help to subtly calm & relax me prior to bedtime. Even my grandchildrens' pediatrician suggested magnesium glycinate for them before bedtime in place of the "other" natural supplement that starts with an M, as she didn't approve of that for long term. My doctor as well recommended magnesium glycinate for me as well. I've had zero adverse effects from this product, they're easy to swallow & tolerate.These are my personal opinions & experiences with the supplement & doctor advisories, and meant only as my honest review of this product.
