I can't say if it has worked for me because I haven't done the blood tests, but I did my good research on this product and it turned out to be one of the best and lighter products, it shouldn't fall hard on your stomach and it's essential to take vitamin D with vitamin K for better absorption and so that calcium doesn't accumulate in the bones, it's a good product at a very good price and I know that in the end I'll have very good results and very good value for money. It has very good absorption and a small size that will be easy to swallow and has no flavor and is very easy to digest.

I am so glad I did my research on supplements and found a brand that isn't afraid of 3rd party testing. Great quality, no taste, easy to ingest, fast shipping, seems to metabolize and work well. I won't be needing any other brand for my Vitamin d, plus it has K2 infused, so not having 2 pills is a must.

I purchased this brand specifically because it is known for its quality! I recently had my Vit D levels checked and they were low. I read how important it was to make sure to take K2 with the D3 so it’s really nice these are together. Now I have the family on this and we started out taking 2 pills a day for a week and then 1 pill a day after that. So far we are noticing a small improvement in our energy levels and it’s only been 1 week. Will definitely continue to take this and stay with this brand. The pills are pretty small & easy to take.

Like others have mentioned, these capsules don’t appear to be fully filled, but that doesn’t concern me. I have trusted this brand to contain the claimed level of active ingredients rather than bulked up with unnecessary fillers. These small capsules are very easy to swallow and allow for quick dissolving. I’ll continue to order.
