This Magnesium Glycinate 3-in-1 supplement has been a fantastic addition to my daily routine. Never believed the hype around "supplement" promises but these are brilliant for sleep. Got them to help with peri menopause as I kept waking every hour or two, worked pretty much on the first night. My partner takes them as well now and we both sleep so much better! I get a solid 5-6 hours before waking but also manage to go back to sleep. Amazing!

I’ve been taking this product for a couple of weeks now, and I’m only taking 1 tablet. I have definitely noticed my head is a lot quieter when it’s time for bed and my restless leg syndrome has definitely stopped when taking these tablets.I cant say at the minute I have noticed a reduction in fatigue/ boost in energy or better sleep but I could try and take 2 tablets.Now these tablets are on the large side however, as someone who often struggles to take tablets I do not struggle to take these capsules. As they are capsules you do also have the option breaking the capsules and mixing it with a drink.Overall I do think these tablets work for me to help calm my mind and help with my RLS.

Really enjoying using the Nutrition Geeks supplements, especially this Magnesium Glycinate and for the price, it’s great value for money. I’ve used other brands but will be sticking with Nutrition Geeks as really feel the difference when I’m taking it. I take mine just before bed and it helps me into a deep and restful sleep.

It takes a lot for me to write a product review but I have to write about these magnesium supplements as they are incredible! Ive been using magnesium supplements for years due to deficiency due to stomach protection medication which gives me awful restless legs & and inability to switch my head off at night. Used a few different brands and they were ok, seemed to do their job and did help with my symptoms a bit. Switched over to these after reading some good reviews and its switched my symptoms off! Previously, with supplements I took a couple of hours to get to sleep each night but slept through once I fell asleep. Without supplements I would get as little as 3-4 hours disturbed sleep a night.I took one of these last Friday night, fell asleep in minutes and only woke in the early hours as my arm was dead through not moving! Straight back to sleep no bother. Seriously worried there was something sedative about them but felt great next morning so carried on. 6 of the last 7 nights have been literally lights out and dead to the world until morning. 1 night was disturbed due to vivid dreams which can happen.Overall, after the first week of taking just 1 a night my sleep has been transformed and if anyone suffers restless leg syndrome or finds it difficult to switch off give these a try. For me they are so much better than other brands Ive tried, beyond my wildest dreams (which admittedly these can cause)!!(I have nothing to gain from this review, no connection to the company or any freebies)

I am a very light sleeper. I struggle to fall asleep and wake up constantly in the night. It makes me feel depressed and exhausted. I tried these as my family and friends use them. My sleep is so much better. Some nights I sleep for 5 hours straight. My mood is 100% better as well. The only downside is the amount of diarrhoea I am experiencing. On a good note, I lost the 6lbs Christmas weight but it's affected me so much that I've had to take time off work. I didn't twig it was the magnesium but after having tests at the doctors which has ruled everything out, I can only assume it's these. When I stopped for two nights, my tummy was better.It's such a shame because I really find these have helped so many problems.It's a very high amount of magnesium as well. As some stated, possibly dangerous but no one else I know seems to be suffering like me. Although everyone has said then can easily go to the toilet and suffered with constipation before.I was on a higher dose of just citrate before but it never upset my tummy.

These seem to work for sleep, can't say for sure if it's a placebo effect, but it's certainly noticeable (I take lots of other supplements and I don't notice any effect from them, including creatine, so take from that what you will).
