My new go-to endurance sport fuel
This gel consistency is great (nothing like goo) as it is almost like watered down jello. I tried goo, but had such a hard time with the texture (swallowed it down with water), however this gel's texture is easily palatable. I used to have gi issues running after eating all other sport fuels, however this sits well in my stomach. I would suggest 1/2 of the container at a time, otherwise I ran into some sloshing around in my stomach (but never had gi distress). It is a little on the expensive side, however it works! Therefore, if you are into endurance sports, I would highly suggest this product.

Good energy and ok taste
Not the best tasting, but definitely gives a little boost when you’re starting to get depleted during a hike or run. Nice to have in a pinch but real snacks work just as good imo

Expires in 5 months
Good stuff for running but be careful with such short expiration dates. Mine is in Oct, about 5 months from the purchase date.
