This took away my fear of falling when getting in and out of bed! The automatic light is a real plus, especially at night. I recently had a total knee replacement and a getting out of bed fall cost me $250 for EMS to come and get me up and make sure I was okay. That’s more than the cost of the step2bed. I highly recommend!!!

Arrived on time. Works perfect for elderly person who couldn’t get in and out of her bed. The two handles, the width and light were perfect and made the person using it comfortable and safe.

Built solid and easy to use (putting it together was another matter). My 90 y/o grandfather loved it after using it for the first time. Don't let the size fool you, it's quite heavy. However, that weightiness just reassures me that it won't wobble or tip over when my grandfather uses it.

Sturdy construction and easy to assemble but the light on the step doesn’t work. This light is extremely important for people that get up frequently at night. Contacted customer service and asked for a replacement light but no response. 0ver $200 for this item so I’m not happy at all with the lack of response and light replacement.

This exactly what we needed for our visitor who needed steps to go to bed. It is solid with good materials. However, it requires two people and lots of effort to put it together. Strongly recommended
