My rating is 4.5 stars. The Rhodiola Rosea Supplement by MaryRuth Organic arrived in a sealed 1 fl oz amber drop bottle. It seems to be a very good, potent rhodiola root extract with lots of health benefits, including adaptogenic stress support and improved focus and attention. I was impressed to learn that the rhodiola root contains more than 140 active ingredients, such as rosavin (reduces mental stress, improves energy) and salidroside (supports overall brain and immune health). The suggested use of this liquid supplement is 1 ml 1 to 3 times daily. The bottle should be shaken first and then the dosage measured according to the markings on the dropper. It can be taken directly by mouth or added to a beverage. The taste is okay. It's a little floral, a little astringent, a little bitter, very earthy and also sweet thanks to the organic vegetable glycerin.The only thing I don't like about this product is that it's a bit expensive for only 30 servings. If you take this product 3 times per day, then it's only a 10-day supply. But if you can afford it and you are unable to take rhodiola in any other form, this is good potency and from a reliable brand.

Very good Product

This is a very good rhodiola supplement. I like that it is in a syrup form- it makes it easier to take, and I don't always like to take a bunch of pills and capsules. I really like all the products I have tried from Mary Ruth. They have all been good quality, and I appreciate that they are made in the US.This has a pleasant flavor and is easy to add to your regime.

Mary Ruth's is a trusted brand. This has helped me with afternoon crashes. I often use this in place of another dose of caffeine. I have a bit of trouble with the taste but I can tolerate it.

I have used quite a few MaryRuth's products over the past few years and I always find them to be fantastic quality. Like most supplements, they either work for you or they don't. I am pleasantly surprised that this one has been working beautifully for me at the moment. I have ADHD, so I have a really hard time focusing on pretty much anything for extended periods of time especially when unmedicated. However, I have been finding this supplement to help me a lot. I feel like if I don't take something, my brain feels "loud." I really do not know a better way to say that. I feel like I am trying to do 4213740392 things at one time. Folding the laundry... oh I need to go get something out of the freezer for dinner, get to the freezer, yikes it's messy, I need to clean it, oh I should go get a garbage bag, get a garbage bag, oh the counters need a little tidying... 17 things and never finishing what I started until several hours later. When I take this supplement, I have found that I am able to focus clearly on one task at a time. The taste of this supplement isn't too bad. I honestly just dilute it in a little shot glass of water and call it good. The taste is very floral, almost like consuming a daisy to be honest. Overall, this product has been extremely helpful to me in my day to day and I believe I will be repurchasing this tincture in the future.

I like all Mary Ruth supplements that I’ve tried. The taste is pretty good. And it seems to be really great quality. I just started taking it so I’m not sure how effective it will be. But overall I really like the product

Im a long time buyer of Mary Ruth’s brand of supplements. Their supplement are always high quality and this product is no different. I use rhodiola for multiple things such as stress relief, blood sugar control, and for improving mental health. I love that this tincture comes in a glass bottle, is certified organic, sugar free, alcohol free, non-gmo, soy and nut free too. I also appreciate this is made in the USA. It does have an interesting taste so I prefer to mix it with water or my hot herbal tea in the morning. I feel the current price ($20) is a great value for the quality and the benefits you get from this. Overall, this is a great product and is worth buying!
