Began using it in late 2001 after doing medical research on field and then product. Used it to correct painful shoulder arthritis. Took it 3x a day for 4 months then 2x day for 6 months. X-rays revealed damaged areas were healing. In six months was doing rehab exercises for shoulder and at end of year back to normal. Also had many side benefits. Had areas on leg with collagen loss. That was reversed and 19 years later still have no loss. Had protection from colds and flu. Any cuts I had healed fast and have remained in good health. I believe that as we age it is necessary to use this daily and add a few more doses each week to keep all system protected. I made it to 71 and have few if any health issues and blood work that always comes perfect. I probably saved a small fortune in medical bills thanks to this product.Also had psoriasis from strep infection since age 19. Condition would ease up and at times had flare ups. Then at age 51 when I learned about I26 and began using it for arthritis my psoriasis cleared in 30 days. I never expected this but was thankful. Don't expect overnight miracles. Let the product do it's work and overtime you'll see changes you never anticipated. If your not having medical issues, are in perfect health and have years to go the maybe this is not for you but I say why wait until your sick or aging to use it. Athletes had been using this to stay healthy and improve stamina.

Do research on taking this product. I am hoping it delivers what it promises! I’m using this to help my microbiome gut kill off bad bacteria and feed good one. I’m giving it a good star because of the amount. It states 30 servings when it in fact has 36. I love that! The taste, texture, look, easy-to-make is very decent. I’ll update after 8 months taking it!Update December 2024.I have not gotten sick! And found out it is safe when consumed for 26 weeks of the year. This is a good product for what I can tell, I haven’t been sick and everyone I live with has been. I’m not sure if it has something to do with this product, but thank God it exists. I give good rating because of it!

I took several antibiotics and they only helped partially to cure my SIBO and I always had relapses. After just a couple of weeks taking this product my SIBO is completely gone and I get no relapse as long as I keep taking it. And the best: no side effects!!!! I highly recommend it for anyone with digestive issues.

Gave me a headache pretty quickly and Amazon refused to give me a refund. Usually they're good about refunds if you have a bad reaction but this time they refused. Apart from that the inner seal was broken. The outer plastic seal was fine but when I opened that there was already powder spilling out. When I opened the lid, there was powder around the edges, which means the inner seal wasn't sealed properly. I'm not sure if my reaction is from the production or if it was tampered with. Dealing with a weird sinus headache.

We've been a long time user of I26, until another company bought out LegacyForLife. Don't know what's going on - but try finding I26 on the new website. I had my order on autodelivery - until I had to change out my bank card due to some pilfering. Some companies actually notify you that your card didn't go thru. Not in this case. I prefer online ordering. it's fast, easy and uncomplcated. But try finding that product on the new company site. 'not'. Because I know of a direct correlation between using I26 and arthritic aches in my hands - I just had to have it- so I hunted on Amazon...voila! Got my can and within 2 days my hands are back to its health. Great product!

Good idea and the science of IgY for immune health and inflammation is great, but this product tastes like powdered egg and you need a lot to get a little bit of the igy. We found another version that did not have all the egg with it and much higher purity. They do have good research.
