Taste was ok (extra sweet for some) and it looked like am gaining weight, I think I gained 2 kg within a week, overall i had gained 3-4 kg (I was 63kg) with 3kg Dabba but it's just easy way to get huge carbs right and replace it with normal diet then but if you don't replace and also stop using this the result will go away. (Am again 58 kg now with 5'9") Honestly idk what I feel about massage gainers.

Good product,it helps me fill my stomach easily and taste is amazing with chilled milk,but only disadvantage is that it runs out very quickly,it last for less than 10 days if you take 3 scoops a day according to the recommended amount to be consumed
