It works and is gentle. I like it way better than the regular Flonase.This does not make my nose bleed.

Been using Flonase Sensimist for years. Finally found it here at Amazon for cheaper than anywhere else.Please note that this is for the Sensimist version of Flonase. It works great to relieve allergy symptoms from dry air, pollen, dust, etc. It has worked for me without making me drowsy of having to take pills every few hours. It has also lead to no more nosebleeds from dry air. Please keep in mind that this DOES NOT provide immediate relief of allergy symptoms. It takes time for this become effective - typically 1-2 weeks. But I will say that it is definitely worth it. I use it once per day (one pump into each nostril) and have never needed to take anything else.With that said, you can also expect that in extreme cases (e.g., heavy pollen, etc.) this will not prevent symptoms - however, in my experience the symptoms are subdued.YMMV as everyone is different. But I always recommend to anyone who suffers from allergies year-round to at least give it a try.

Nothing has worked for my allergies in years…. Easy to use, no drip (after the first few uses but even then it’s super minimal) 10/10 would recommend

Pharmacy item was easy to use and well made inhaler.

Some relief with this but still a little stopped up after 3 weeks of using this.I will continue to use though.
