This stuff works!!! I have very sensitive skin. I get small little blemishes all over my shoulders, chest and back when I’m in the sun or wearing sweaters - So basically all year around. I have been using this for about a month and it’s working!! My skin is almost 100% clear!! I am summer and cruise trip ready now!

I learned about this product from a dermatologist that I follow on Instagram. Every now and then I have inconveniently located ingrown hairs and cysts. I have a pretty good regimen although I have some that pop up here and there, so I’m always open to product suggestions. This product has been a great addition to my regimen and I’ve recommended it to a friend of mine that has similar issues.

Mixed feelings, worked for me very well (late 30's) however it made my 16 year old break out more and was very irritating. So I'm not sure what all that means about our skin difference. It smells awful and best to have a way to get away from the cloud it makes. For example I got in my shower and closed the curtain and about died from the fumes.. good value for the price for me, but not my kid. It does stay tacky and leaves a bit of a residue until you shower. I will keep using it for my skin care.

Okay, so let me just say, PanoXYL body spray has been a total lifesaver for me. I’ve always dealt with occasional breakouts, but let’s just say the pimples on my butt were a whole new level of frustratio. This stuff really works! It’s so easy to use—just spray it on, and it does its thing without any fuss.After a few days of using it, I noticed a big difference. My skin started clearing up, and the breakouts that used to linger started disappearing. It’s not harsh or drying either, which is key for sensitive skin. Plus, the spray format makes it super convenient, no mess at all.

I received this about 2 days ago. I used it after I showered in hopes of it helping remove body acne scars and current breakouts on my shoulders and back and some on my backside. I woke up at 4am with an itchy back, abdomen and irritation. I did not realize it was the spray until I woke up and remembered it was that. Panoxyl is a good product since I’ve used their soap for bacne but I do say that you should be wary if you have acne prone skin and sensitive skin. I won’t be using it again and warn that it causes a terrible itchy effect and it still bothers me. I discontinued used on the first day due to the itchiness. It also worsened my healing bacne and opened up new hives. I heavily suggest speaking to a professional before trying anything or patch testing; that was my mistake.

It works almost instantly! One day of using this product and the break out I was having on my shoulders and chest was almost gone! I use it three times a day. After trying many other products I couldn’t be happier to find something that actually works!
