A good product - patience may be required

I’ve had eustachian tube issues since I was a boy.I’ve avoided air travel, because on the one occasion I’ve flown (an employer’s business trip, so I had little choice) I went through a great deal of pain, especially on the decent and by the time I disembarked I could hear my voice reverberating around my skull for several hours, the type of effect you get when your ears are totally blocked during a bad cold or flu.It took until the morning for everything to return to normal. In addition, I had a blocked eustachian tube a few years ago (following flu) which lasted for over 3 months and I became sick and tired of doctors telling me to give it time, only after I was in agony one night and honestly thought my ear drum would burst did I make a GP appointment and absolutely insist I was given some kind of medication. That visit saw me provided with a steroid nasal spray which literally overnight, cured the problem.Four weeks ago I developed a cold which lead to bronchitis and eventually affected the eustachian tube in my left ear, the effect was a replication of what happened several years ago, except this time I was determined it would not carry on for 3 months.I tried two or three steroid sprays but they were useless this time around.I then looked for something different and came across the ear popper, expensive yes, but when you’re desperate, most people with buy things they may otherwise shy away from and I’m no different in that respect.I was a little frightened if truth was told to use it when it first arrived as I’d never heard of it and I don’t like messing around with ears. But 24 hours later I thought, “this is stupid, I’ve paid a hundred quid for this baby, I can’t just leave it in the box” so I bit the bullet and used it, tentatively at first, pulling it away from my nose probably quicker than I should, but eventually used it properly.I wasn’t expecting miracles with this.Although the use of a steroid spray worked once, that was after 3 months and I presume the viral infection which caused the blockage was nearing the end of its life, this new infection however was quite recent, so I was prepared for continued use over a period of time.It seemed to me that my issue wasn’t merely liquid behind the drum, although I was aware there was definitely some.My symptoms appeared to mimic glue ear where the liquid can’t empty because the eustachian area is clogged up with mucous and other debris, so that even when the tube is opened, it more or less seals itself again preventing efficient drainage.I believed for that reason I would need to use the popper multiple times in my attempts to clear the blockage. This I did, for nearly a week, but there wasn’t a huge improvement, a little yes, but nothing significant.Occasionally it appeared as if it was getting worse, but I persevered using the device at least twice a day, sometimes 6 or 7 and on the eighth day I noticed a change for the better. It’s still not 10O% after 9 days, but I’d say it’s 75% better than it was and I’ll continue with its use, as punching my nostrils and swallowing or pinching and blowing is for me, useless. This product never fails to open the tube (if used correctly) and it’s the actual opening which is giving my ear the chance to clear and drain. If it works first time for you, brilliant, it undoubtedly will with some people who have an easier to remove blockage, but if you’re like me and you know you have just finished having a bad cold or flu then you ‘may’ need to be patient and be prepared for continued use for up to a fortnight or even beyond, because what is causing the blockage may be harder to remove. So don’t give up and persevere if you fall into my category, if all else fails you can always ask to see your GP, or perhaps buy an over the counter steroid nasal spray which may actually work at this juncture. This is a good product, expensive yes, but worth a try. Hope this helps

It's worked for me, I got my hearing back..

Short Story,For the past six months, I had been burdened with feelings of heavy ears, accompanied by unsettling crackling sounds, and my hearing seemed to be functioning at only 50%. I had tried numerous remedies, but nothing worked until today when I stumbled upon a simple solution that miraculously lightened the weight in my ears and boosted my hearing to an impressive 90% after 1st use. Undoubtedly effective.Long StoryBack in January 2023, I experienced a troublesome combination of a bad cough, sinus infection, and ear pain. Although it eventually got better on its own, I noticed that my hearing was adversely affected afterward. My initial assumption was that it might be due to earwax, but after visiting a local wax removal clinic, they confirmed that there was no wax buildup. Instead, the shape of my inner ear seemed to be somewhat abnormal, likely due to inner ear pressure.A private ear clinic advised me to give it a few weeks to see if the condition would improve on its own. They suggested using a balloon device later on and recommended consulting a GP. Regrettably, I procrastinated for three months, dismissing the subtle hints of dizziness and vertigo as mere passing sensations. Eventually, the discomfort became more pronounced, and I decided to visit the A&E. They provided me with a nasal spray that alleviated some of the dizziness, but the feeling of fullness in my ear and my hearing remained unchanged.Desperate for relief, I purchased an otovent balloon and diligently used it for a week, hoping for improvement. Unfortunately, it yielded no noticeable results whatsoever. As July rolled around, my hearing deteriorated to the point where normal everyday conversations became challenging, and my ear felt persistently full and heavy. Throughout this six-month ordeal, I tirelessly tried various drops, massages, and remedies in search of a resolution.Buying this ear popper:On July 30th, I made the purchase, and the very next day, on the 31st, I tried it immediately. To my amazement, it was as if someone had instantly increased the volume from 50% to 90% after the very first use. My ear popped loud.. Notably, the device already came with batteries, and its compact and portable design makes it very convenient. Additionally, I find it to be well-crafted, and personally, I don't experience any discomfort while using it.Here's how I used the device:First, I took some water into my mouth and sealed my lips tightly to hold the water in. Then, I securely closed side of my right nostril with my fingers and proceeded to use the device in my left nostril. During this process, I attempted to drink the water while keeping my mouth closed and the device operating in my left nostril. Instantly, my both ears popped as I followed the procedure. Encouraged by this result, I repeated the same steps after five minutes in my right nostril, and once again, my ears popped, providing a similar sensation.I have decided to incorporate this device into my daily routine for a minimum of one month. Twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, I will use it in both nostrils, ensuring a five-minute gap in between each session. The significance of clear hearing cannot be understated, particularly for work and various aspects of life. This device has significantly enhanced my life, and its impact has been immense. Of course, individual experiences may vary, but for me, it has proven to be a game-changer. it would be nice if this was more affordable but it is what it is.

Worth a try

I feel it is important to write of my experience with this ear popper. I have been suffering with Tinnitus for many years and over those years I have become quite used to it being part of my life albeit at times it has been a very difficult distraction when I have felt like jumping out of a window, but over the last 8 months or so I have been in awful ear pain too, which because I suffer with Menniere's desease I experience anyway from time to time, but this pain would not stop. In the mean time we have had lock down and in a short reprieve of that we moved house. I had to visit the dentist because the pain appeared to be affecting my teeth but there was nothing wrong there, so my first visits to our new gp was very helpful although after 3 lots of anti biotics I was still in this pain, I saw the ear popper after looking through on line advice and it appeared to cover all the problems I was going through. Immediately after the first use I knew it had done something, so the following day I spent every spare moment using it, this was totally wrong as I went back to before I had tried it. I now use it twice a day, and at times I'm getting relief from the infernal noise so yes it works although not all day every day, the pain relief has kicked in too as I discussed it with the nhs physio and he gave me additional excercises to the ones I already did because I have widespread arthritis. Am I glad I bought it, yes I am and it is certainly a good buy although I think it is rather expensive, but what price hearing relief.
