The blender I received was defective but the company graciously refunded my money. I will purchase another one from them because it's a good size and I like the color choices.

Love this portable blender. I started my fitness journey and just tired of using the big blender and this has worked so well. I just unboxed the blender and has to make my first smoothie and it was well smooth when finished. I love the color. Noise level is really low and it's easy to use.

Awesome customer service!Doesn't work if you put ice or frozen fruit in it. :(I was super excited to get it because I left my "Magic"al brand smoothie maker in another state when I moved. I was going to blend up a protein shake in the morning, drop it in my bag, head off to the office. Nope. Unfortunately, this thing raises my blood pressure every single time I use it. You can't put ice in it, it will shut off after literally two seconds of blending, even if you pour out half of the contents and try again. It takes about 10 minutes to eek out enough two-second sessions of pouring out half, blending, pressing the button, pouring into a different cup, pressing again, blending, mixing the two cups, you see where I'm going with this...to get one shake. And then the ice is still so chunky I have to chew my shake. Simply not worth the hassle by a VERY LONG shot. I'm so disappointed; I really wanted to like it.

I bought this to have for road trips. My husband wanted me to do a test run because he was concerned it wouldn’t blend bulkier smoothies. I tested it out with a half of banana. 4 frozen cherries, a third cup of frozen blueberries, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter 2 tablespoons of flaxseed, a half cup of Greek yogurt and filled water to top to max line. Initially when I started it, I got blinking red light indicating that the blades were stuck. It was an easy fix, I just needed to get more of the liquid to the blade area. I mixed it up a bit and it gave me a little more room to add a bit more water. In doing this, I double clicked the power button and it ran for the 30 seconds which it automatically stops as a safety feature. There was a little yogurt clinging to the upper sides so I push it to mix in with a small rubber spatula and ran it for another 30 second round. Everything blended smoothly and there were no chunks remaining. At first sight it was questionable whether it would be strong enough to handle the job, but it was adequate and will be very handy on those long road trips. Good value!

I absolutely love this COKUNST 18oz portable blender! The quality is excellent, and it blends mixed fruits and vegetables effortlessly. I’ve also used it to chop nuts for garnish and even make strawberry milk using air-dried fruit to make powder—just add milk and blend. It’s super convenient for making individual drinks, which is perfect since everyone in my family always wants something different. The USB recharge is handy, and the extra handle lid makes it great for travel or on-the-go use. Highly recommend!

This mini blender works good. The box it came in was beat up, but the blender was package inside as new. It arrived fully charged. I took it out and used it right away adding frozen blueberries and spinach, fresh avocado, chia seeds and almond milk. You have to tilt it slightly and press the power button twice back to back. It hesitated with the frozen but eventually ran a cycle and I ran a few more cycles, so I would suggest letting frozen produce to defrost 1/2 way at least. Today I used fresh mango, avocado, frozen spinach, a little POM juice, alkaline water, cut up dried apricot (thesedon't blend well and I found the chunks at the bottom of my smoothie). The instructions also stated it doesn't process nuts. It's great for on the go and easy to clean plus it says ti charge at least once a month. I added a little dish soap and hot water and ran it for several seconds, rinse and put on the dish rack to dry
