It's so hard to find hair products without harmful chemicals. I would hghly recommend for natural/protective hairstyles. Lightweight, and has a pleasant scent. Don't be surprised by the size of the container, it's worth it!

FYI IM WHITE MALE haha. Ive been using this product for years and it is amazing! I have longer curly hair on top and like to comb it back. Most gels or pomades dry my hair out or make it hard. I hate it. This stuff keeps my hair moisturized and im able to run my fingers through my hair without getting split ends or a greasy hand. This product also controls my curls more then anything. Scent could be better you get used to it.
