I ordered this for my husband who travels a great deal for work and goes to every country under the sun. So, lots of different plug in types. He was a Samsung, I have an iPhone…so also different cords.First, let me talk about the construction and the boxing. The box is solid. It doesn’t come in anything flimsy so it’s protected during shipping. Inside the box the three adapters and the main “body” (which I found similar in size to a standard tape measure). This thing has some weight to it. It’s smooth to the touch no odd textures.Secondly, it has multiple ports for cords and a lightning port for fast charging, also a type C port which is what my iphone 16 cords need. At one point we had my phone, my husband’s phone and a vape plugged in and all were charging at the same time.Lastly, this change chargers FAST, I can allow my special needs son to play on his cell phone at dinner in public the entire time since I know if his phone dies I have a battery back up to head off the inevitable melt down that comes alone with a dead battery.Overall, well made, holds a charge well despite having multiple things charging (will charge 5 things at the same time while plugged in to a wall) and is compact enough to slip in a car glove box or my purse.Would absolutely recommend if you are in need of battery backup while out and about in town and makes international travel much easier!

This is the nicest power bank that I have ever had! The small screen that gives you the percentage is helpful and the attached cables are wonderful! Three different power adapters will help as my wife and continue to travel in retirement!

Like anything else you purchase now days, you get what you pay for. However there are times you get a little more than advertised. This is probably my go to charging box. It does all it was advertised to do and it does more. Well manufactured. Highly recommended.

This is a really terrific product! It’s compact, versatile, and can handle charging multiple devices at once. It makes traveling easy, because i can charge my devices on the run or plugged in when i'm sleeping. It also comes with a great case that holds the pack and the adapters. The one improvement would be a soft case or pouch for traveling domestically, but otherwise i wouldn’t change a thing!

I've taken this power bank on over 10 international trips now, and it's been super reliable every time. What I love most is how fast it charges and how easy it is to power up multiple devices at once—no need to carry a bunch of different adapters! It’s seriously made packing a lot simpler. One small thing to note: because it’s a bit heavy, it can sometimes slip out of certain wall outlets, but using a desk or floor outlet solves that easily.Overall, it’s a great product—faster, more reliable, and no overheating compared to other external batteries I’ve used. Definitely a product I’d recommend!

Good portable charger, it works from the cables though it is a bit hard to get your phone to align with the wireless charger part, and when you do it only tends to charge it for a small amount of time. It charges pretty fast on the wall and the cables do a very good job or charging.
