Lovely and simple cd player, well made and decent sound.We had trouble bluetoothing it to my mums car and after several hundred attempts decided to contact the company. They emailed me with instructions and even a short video showing how to do it which Marja (a customer services person) had made to help techno dummies like myself! 😂 Marja was so friendly and very helpful and offered any further assistance should I still require it. I’d happily buy from this company again.

Review for KLIM Journey + Portable CD Player Walkman with Long-Lasting Battery + New 2024 + w/Headphones + Radio FM + Compatible MP3 CD Player + SD Card, FM Transmitter, Bluetooth + Ideal for Cars - WhiteA really nicely presented music solution which has a dedicated CD player which for me is useful as I am able to play older CDs (with anti skip technology) which are not currently available in other formats, and altogether supports CD, CD-R, CD-RW, HDCD and MP3 dic files. The player supports FM radio so you can tune into radio stations although not DAB, which would have been ideal. You can insert a suitable SD card to allow playback and navigation of music stored on SD cards. For use in the car you have 3 options: bluetooth, Aux and local FM transmission. The latter is most universal as it works in any car with FM radio, quality is not ideal as you can get slight interference. Powered by a built in USB-C rechargeable battery (charging cable included) so you have complete portability. A set of wired headphones is provided although I prefer my own bluetooth pair from a convenience point of view. Controls are mounted on the top in a circular arrangement with a backlit LCD display to display the playback details. Overall a well specced CD player featuring several 21st century features.

The user guide takes you step by step through the set up, and is well formatted making it easy to read.Once you switch it on, the blue backlit display looks very attractive. A full charge can provide up to 14 hours of playback – enough for me to listen to the full back catalogue of Westlife!It is not only great for sitting in the garden reminiscing about your mis-spent youth by listening to your favourite 1980’s/90's bands, it can be connected to your car so all the passengers can “enjoy” your CD’s. Most newer cars no longer have a CD player as standard, so it’s great to be able to play your favourite CD’s whilst on the road. With three ways to connect, you’re sure to find the solution which best fits your vehicle.Now onto the all-important sound. Using the included earbuds the sound quality was far better than I expected, and much better than I remembered with my old CD walkman. There is a choice of 7 presets for listening to different music genres. When I paired it with my newer Sennheiser headphones, there was a definite improvement in sound quality.In conclusion, I am delighted with this CD walkman by KLIM, and it has given my CD’s a whole new lease of life. I do have digital music, but most of my music collection consists of CD’s, so this is just perfect. This is a fantastic CD player, far better than I expected and with far more features than I imagined.It arrives well presented in a retail box making it suitable for gifting. On opening, the player is neatly presented with a whole package of accessories including USB-C charging cable, aux audio cable 3.5mm jack to 3.5mm jack, earphones and 4 spare pairs of tips all packed together within a pocket inside the supplied, zip-up carrying case. This is excellent - the CD player and all of its accessories can be stored and carried together.The CD player is excellent from its sturdy build quality to features. It has all the usual and expected functions of play, skip, forward, backward but also others found only on higher-spec players including a graphic equaliser with 7 presets.Unlike other CD players I have used, this also features Bluetooth for CD playback via home or car speakers, an FM transmitter for wireless playback via a car's audio system and even the earphones have an FM antenna for using as an FM radio. A clear displayIt can be used at home, on a car journey to play through car speakers (wired or wireless), or as a portable CD player and there's even a micro-SD card slot for playing MP3 tracks.This CD player really does offer everything - it's like a 1990s CD player vastly upgraded to allow CDs to be played in 2024 and beyond while also being rechargeable.It has everything, ticks every box and more and I very highly recommend it to anyone who still likes to play their old CDs, as I do.From browsing KLIM's website, I also have confidence in the company and its warranty, although I haven't been able to ascertain whether this is 2 years or 5 years.
