My psychiatrist recommended additional Vitamin D to help with my energy levels, and this stuff does the trick. The other vitamins are a good bonus too. No issues here, can recommend!

My labs came back and it showed that I was vitamin D deficient. I started taking this product and now my levels are normal. Clean ingredients. One tiny pill a day that's super easy to swallow. No smell. A VERY faint taste of black pepper. No stomach upset/irritation. Effective and Great value for money. I do recommend!

I decided to try this product because the price is very affordable, and it seems like they use high-quality ingredients. The packaging is also nice,and capsule size is tiny easy to swallow. So far, I’m impressed with the value for money. I will update this review after using it for a longer period to see how effective it is.

My doctor had been on my case for over a year about my low vitamin D levels. As a result I was taking some of the gummy D vitamins - at least several times a week. But my numbers really didn’t go up much. Since I have lab work coming up again, I thought I would try a “better” vitamin so I bought these. Never tried them before. Well I have no lab results yet but after being on these capsules for about a month, I really am feeling and seeing a difference. My skin was really acting up before - very dry and some dermatitis in places. My hair was getting thinner and thinner and my nails were looking yellow and brittle. Also I was always feeling tired. And my lower back had been really hurting for about a year despite ongoing Physical Therapy, massage and chiro at various intervals. I also saw an ortho doctor for my back and took various muscle relaxers and steroids to get it “under control” at the worst points. I even bought a very expensive new mattress that didnt help much. All of these symptoms seem to be better now that I am taking this D capsule. I don’t think this could be a placebo effect. It’s all very noticeably better now. The most surprising is my back. It didn’t happen overnight and I didn’t see these results with the other meds. Was I that low on D that it was really messing me up - maybe so....

Great product. Been using it for a year I take 1 daily with a miss here and there. Just got blood work done. Here in the east coast we are well into our cold months with limited sunlight and my Vitamin D levels are in optimal range. This product keeps my levels where they’re supposed to be and is very affordable. Also has the ideal vitamin D to K2 ratio. I highly recommend!

First off always make sure you go to the doctor and get a Vitamin D level count before taking any medication for it. I went to the doctor and told mine was low so I went online and researched different Vitamins and I like what Peak Performance Advanced Vitamin D 500 + all three typed of Vitamin K had to offer. I am not gonna list all the ingredients here you can go in their site and see that. What I can tell you is that I like that the capsules are small and easy to swallow, they do have very good ingredients from what I have read and where they have 5000 IU and the 3 types of Vitamin K my body can absorb it much better and all I need is to take one instead of 4 and 5 during the day. I have had no upset stomach or any side affects with all the other medicines I take. I also love the fact that this product donates money to help children who have Vitamin deficiencies to be able to receive the vitamins that their bodies need. They do this from my understanding with all their products.
