Designed for 300ml of solution; seems to be sodium chloride only
They appear to be just sodium chloride. Another pre-mixed, pre-dosed powder uses sodium bicarbonate as well, which I find better. Also, the nasal wash bottle I use is 240ml capacity to the line; these sachets are designed for dissolving in 300 ml. Not a big deal, but the alternative is better for my purpose.

Worth buying in bulk
Came next day and is just what I needed. I've been using the ones that came with the original water pulse bottle whoch lasted me ages and this bulk package is a good price. Works out at 10 pence per packet which I'm very happy with. The water pulse/nasal rinse is something I can't live without but you have to be diligent and use the right solution and temperature to avoid causing yourself potential harm as there is a known bacteria which can take hold and cause very serious harm. I used to use rock salt and warm water until I learned of the horror stories surrounding doing that. Now I only use this water pulse premade solution and sanitised water. The little temperature indication sticker on the bottle helps guage optimal temperature which is great. Well worth the low costs.
