Tip set came missing star tip. Replacing the set was handled OK by customer service (not great, but not rating my service). Packaging was crappy and I expect others will come broken, so if you need this on short notice, just go to a store to buy. Other than that, works as advertised and is what you would expect.

Item was missing from package
Packaging open when it arrived and only one item inside instead of two. This item was missing.

Missing tip
I opened the package after recieving it today and was disappointed to find the star tip missing. I only received the round tip. The packagaging was not great either as it was in a flat envelope where it would have been damaged.
