I purchased 3 of these for a work project. They installed the software I needed quickly and performed very well. A very affordable computer that got the job done.

Well I got this one on sale got a nice deal. And with that said it came with some well crap. The key board was supposed to be in English format but not so you have to search and find comas and back slash and every thing,but the lap top works fantastic i love the thing. The one thing i would have changed was buying a windows instead of a Chromebook. but I just use this computer for watching movies and web surfing. So if your needing to Know about spreadsheets, drawing, gaming cant help you,sorry.

This is the second Lenovo that I have purchased and I am so glad I did! I actually ordered a different tablet / laptop and was so disappointed I sent it back. I realized my mistake and went right back to the Lenovo. SO happy I did! It has everything I wanted on it at the size that is perfect for me. It also didn't break the bank for what you get. It is a quality machine that is easy to use and doesn't blow through the battery in 15 minutes like some. It's perfect.

The laptop will not turn on anymore after using ita little bit after opening few hours before. It had 99% battery left. Unable charge either. Disappointed big timeUpdate: Was able to send to Lenovo and they fixed the issue at no charge. Did have to do the Windows bitkey restart which did take some time. No problems since.

Received on Saturday evening and plugged it in for the night. Came back to it on Sunday afternoon, powered it on and got it pretty much set up, it was doing updates and stuff so I just left it alone. Got up early Monday morning and it was just turning off and on all by itself, the screen will light up for only a second then go off. It will not stop trying to do whatever it's trying to do. Now it's getting really hot but still will not stop going off and on.Support was no help, seller is not reachable, I will return it once the battery either dies or fries and it's safe to box up.

My old laptop broke so I needed to order a new one quick! The 13-1215u is a great laptop processor for school and light gaming, so a good option for students. Seller ships fast and include everything as specified!
