To start, I apologize to the company for not leaving my review last year. I had some unexpected surgery that I had to deal with.I bought their original pruner from the company last April. There's a spring inside the handle that allows these cutters to work as stated. About 45 days after I bought them, that spring went missing and I have no idea what happened to it, as I didnt drop the cutters or anything like that and I dont abuse my tools.I like the tool (as well as the concept) and I needed to use them again. My mother bought me a similar pair from some company on QVC about 35 years ago. THAT pair is finally starting to show its age and break down. So I wanted another pair.Back to the story....So about 3 or 4 months after I saw that they broke, I contacted the company to explain what happened. All I wanted was that spring, and since it was well beyond the warranty, I expected to pay for it.Gerossi’s customer service was wonderful to speak with, and they offered to replace the (entire) pruners even though the Amazon 30-day warranty had expired.These Gerossi ratcheting pruners work just as well as the much more expensive pair of ratcheting pruners that I received a long time ago. These Gerossi pruners are very well built, and are every bit as comfortable and easy to use.After I received the replacement pair of pruners, I put them to work and they worked perfectly. Even with an arthritic right thumb, these ratchet pruning shears made cutting through 3/4” thick, dried-out branches painlessly easy.These pruners and the seller are both excellent. Over this last year or so, I've already recommend both to a friend and will do it again. And I won’t hesitate to make future purchases from this seller.

So far, very impressed with these clippers. Lightweight but still, very well built feel to them. Very sharp! Trimmed rose bushes and limbs the diameter of my pinkie finger from an ornamental tree with ease. Haven't needed to even try the ratchet feature yet but I highly recommend buying these if you're needing a solid, sharp, easy to use pair of pruning clippers!!

These pruners are fabulous. I purchased them specifically to cut back an out of control wisteria. I am somewhat disabled and as a result, I have weakness in my hands. On the ratchet setting I was able to cut through 1/2 inch vines with ease. I am also able to prune my roses on the ‘single cut’ setting. They are sharp and precise. These are the best pruning sheers I have ever had.

I loved these when they arrived the ratcheting mechanism added extra power but then the third time I used them they ratcheting mechanism broke and they can't even be used to cut normally. Great concept but the quality isn't there yet.Seller provided a full refund and offered a replacement but I wasn't clear on how to get the free replacement, but it is always nice when a seller stands behind their product.

This is my second pair of these shears. I originally bought them to help break up thick dog treats for our dog on the golf course. So I needed that pair to purne back some scrubs and they work great. I love the strong single clip and the ratchet feature that help with thicker branches. This is one of the best ones I have come across. Highly recommend.

Compré mis tijeras en junio del 23 de le rompió el resorte y en las tiendas no pude encontrar un resorte para remplazar, me contante con servicio al cliente de Gerossi y me atendieron inmediatamente sobre la preguntaque les había hecho, me dijeron que necesitaban mi número de orden se los mandé pero no tenían almacenada mi información y me dijeron si se las podía mandar yo se las envié porque me dijeron que me iban a mandar el remplazo yo pensé que iba a hacer el resorte , pero me mandaron una tijera nueva, gracias porque de verdad me gustó el funcionamiento de esta, tiene muy buen corte y no me cansa mi mano paso 8 horas diarias en mi trabajo podando y me an servido mucho fue una lástima que se me aiga roto el resorte, me gustaría que mandarán instrucciones de cómo remplazar el resorte porque tiene todo remachado y no se sabe si se puede cambiar el resorte o no pero en lo que cabe es una buena tijera Gerossi por fa ten en cuenta el remplazo de el resorte y sería genial poder saber cómo ponerlo y cómo conseguirlo .al final de cuentas me mandaron unas “tijeras nuevas “ según pero cuando las recibí parecían nuevas pero algo se miraba raro en donde lleva el resorte, pues ahí estuvo el detalle el primer día que las quise usar no pode más que tres plantas cuando el resorte se dobló y ya no quiso entrar las primeras tijeras que compré salieron mejor por lo menos me duraron un poco pero está que me mandaron fue el colmo debería de tener para poder poner el resorte.
