It’s a pack of wood pencils. Can’t expect too much, obviously recommend something like mechanical, but they’re pencils. Recommend for grade school student. They need to struggle. (Bought this for little brother instead of mechanical for same reason)

This was great for the teacher/classroom. Kids share supplies at our grandson's school. These allowed him to donate many more than normal. Good quality.
