So I started taking these because I had extremely high stress levels from taking care of my mom (who had dementia) for the last 10 years of her life. I had gottto the point where I only slept 2.5 - 3 hours at a time, with an afternoon nap of an hour. It's interesting how people can claim anything and they don't get caught unless people get it tested third party and then sue them.My whole household tried the supplement along with another and we never felt any kind of difference or any kind of effects.
