Love this fan!
Powerful fan and clips tightly, even on shopping carts and tables. Do not place in reach of children! Cools your personal space with a quiet motor. Bought more than one to gift out to family. Swivel feature is awesome and fan is easy to turn on and off. Comes with usb to C charge cord and is 2ft long. Water fills from the back and looks like a battery slot.....nope it's for adding water!

Will not charge
This fan does not have enough out put of air to cool in the hot southern summer. Also, after a few months of not using it, I decided to try it during a power outage at home.. I plugged it in to a portable charger, the light came on as red, indicating it was charging, but even after 24 hours of charging, the light is still red. It should have been fully charged (green light) hours ago. It will not even operate for 15 seconds, even while on the charger. So now it is useless unless this issue can be resolved.

To all my Mailmen/ women out there you need this unit!!
I'm a Mailman, and every summer that goes by I get more intolerant to the heat. This summer I have bought 5 different neck fans and 3 different portable A/C units and this is by far the best. I am on the route anywhere from 3-3 1/2 hours and needed to refill the water barrel twice, which I don't mind taking a minute to do.(Even without water it still pushed out cold air. Just remember the colder the water, the colder the air.) On full speed the battery lasted about 2 1/2 hours, but I have a battery pack and plugged it up that way once it died. As you can see from the pictures there are many different ways you can clip it, but I found clipping to the visor to be the best option. I put rubber bands up to secure the clip more in case it started to slip, which it did not. With that A/C on the visor and the truck fan on it was a great combo. Now it's not going to be like a car A/C, but I'd say it cooled me down at least 30°, for a mail truck that's great! My only complaint is there is a rubber piece that sticks in the charging port and mine came detached so I have to tape it on just in case any water leaks in there. Other than that I'm extremely happy with this product!! The other units I've tried splashed all over the place and was just a mess, this is ideal. Just take the chance and buy it!!! You won't be disappointed!

I have No complaints
I don't know why people are talking about with so much negative reviews. The fan absolutely last 5 hours and it absolutely does support passthrough charging. Meaning you can run the fan while it's charging. I've seen people say it doesn't when it does. The people with short battery life claiming 20-30 mins either are not letting it charge to 100% or their fan is just defective. It does get nice a cold and if you add ice to the water chamber it gets colder. The atomizer that are the misters don't always mists because they get clogged. That's from your quality of water. Lime scale and other things in your water will clog it at some point. All you have to do is empty the water out take a q tip with vinegar or rubbing alcohol, I use vinegar mostly, and rub the outside metal misters with it. If the alcohol doesn't work I'll run a lil bit of water with some vinegar mixed in to clean the lines out. I prefer that to the alcohol. But this goes for any of the Misting AC units atomizers. I have the handheld one of these from this brand and both work great. The handheld is even colder IMO. It is very quiet, 3 speeds high is very fast. And the colors are just an added ambience for night time. And it's price is decent for the quality. So all the negative reviews are either defective devices, human error or plain just don't know what being got really is to appreciate it's benefits. I took it to Texas in 105⁰ July so yea it definitely works well.

Don't last
Super great off the start. They definitely don't last 5 hours. I have two. Lucky if they last more than a hour.

Works great... when indoors and for 5 minutes
I bought this in the hopes that it would help me stay cooler in a car with a poorly functioning AC. First, let me mention it took all night to fully charge. The battery life is extremely poor. Even on a full charge, it would automatically power off after about 5 minutes. Secondly, it brings in the air from whatever surroundings you are in. Taking it outside on a hot day? Expect hot air to blow at you with some moisture if you decide to put water in it. And if you're in a cooler environment, cooler air will blow out. So it felt nice coming inside from being in the heat. But ultimately it didn't serve it's intended purpose, which is to keep you cool no matter where you are. You'd think this brand would be putting out good products because its name and popularity... but the ac cooler stopped working after just a few months and the neck fan, like this clip on one, blows out hot or cool air depending on your environment. Highly disappointing

Arctic Air W/Clamp
I actually purchased two. The first one came and it wasn’t wrapped as though it was New from Amazon. It leaked and it didn’t stay charged the way it should have. But…. I sent it back and I ordered another one. You might be wondering why, if the first fan was so bad, would a person order a second one? And the reason is this - The overall design. This fan is solid in almost every way. The clamp is also the stand if you want to set it on a table, and it sits there well balanced without giving you the feeling that it may fall over any second. It puts out a nice amount of air for a small fan. With the misters on the air feels nice and cool. You can clamp it onto something like a shelf, etc., instead of sitting it on a table, and you can also turn the fan in different directions. The second fan came professionally wrapped and it had obviously never been opened. The lights change colors, or you can select the color you like. You can also turn the light off. I would keep this little fan even if the misters didn’t work. It’s absolutely everything that it’s advertised to be. Yay!
