I like these gummies a lot. They are tasty, don’t stick together like my other gummies and are working. I am taking magnesium to help with my leg cramps at night. I used to get leg cramps every night but since taking the magnesium, I’ve only had one small one in the last two weeks.

My MIL got me hooked on these gummies. Omg I slept like I was in a COMA. Talk about some of the best sleep I’ve gotten in a while! Slightly chalky but otherwise good flavor, easy to take and chew. Id pay much more for the great sleep I’ve gotten!

I have been buying these magnesium gummy‘s for over a year now and in my opinion, they are the best out there! I have taken another brand, but did not see the results that I have seen with this particular brand. Since taking them, they have helped with my pain issues and also with sleeping better. They taste good and the benefits have been really noticeable.

Easy to use especially for people that have a hard time swallowing pills. It got rid of a leg cramp that would not go away. Everytime I stood up and stretched, it would come right back. I took 2 gummies and it did not come back. I read years ago that if you get a leg cramp while sleeping, it's usually due to not enough calcium or magnesium in your diet.
