Updated review:I'm editing this review because, while the capsules are not the smallest I've taken, I did get used to the size and have not had any issues since. The product is definitely doing good things for me, especially wound healing. I've found cuts, scrapes, bruises, and even the aftereffects of dental work were taking much longer to heal than they once had. Since taking this product for just over 1 month (I only take one per day, though twice daily is recommended), I see a noticeable increase in wound healing. I'm also seeing changes in the skin on my face: brighter, less tired-looking, and maybe a little smoother/less dry. It seems to be helping with lung function, too! I may increase to the suggested dose of twice daily and see if I notice further improvements. It's a good product and I WILL purchase this brand again.Original review:First, the good. I didn't feel it right away, but about two weeks into taking NOW Liposomal C, my skin looks brighter, and I feel subtle positive changes, including lung function and decreased eczema.Now for the bad. They're HUGE! I have to psyche myself up to swallow them each day, and I take a variety of vitamins daily, so I'm not typically bothered by swallowing pills.

I had very low ferritin and this has helped my non iron assorption immensely! Does not bother my stomach at all.

these vitamin c capsules are just great. the supplements world is a wild west- the lack of regulations means companies often dose their supplements arbitrarily, and frequently don’t bother to test for contaminants. NOW is different. their supplements are a little pricier than others but you very much get what you pay for. i’ve emailed them repeatedly with questions about specific products, and it’s clear they’re actually lab-testing their own products and conservatively labeling doses) instead of over labeling, like most supplement companies). very much worth paying the premium for.

I have given this very supplement to sick family members, and they improved within a week. I was giving them more than the recommended dose. I usually take 1000mg a day to maintain immune health. I personally haven't experienced stomach upset. I have gone as high as 3g of this one. Everyone is different, I would start small to make sure everything agrees with you.Now also makes a great oregano oil supplement. It's good for digestive, and enhanced immunity against viruses. I never need to take that one more than a week.
