Long story short… it works!

I first read about this device on a scuba diving forum after an ear/sinus issue on a flight ruined a five-day dive trip to Cozumel. I rarely have trouble with my ears, but I had a nasty flu about six weeks prior and experienced pain on the departing flight. The next day, my ears felt better, so I decided to attempt my first dive, taking it slow.Five minutes in, I knew I wouldn’t be able to equalize and had to cancel my dive. Later that afternoon, I was in urgent care, where I was told: no diving, no flying for at least five days. I sulked, threw myself a pity party, pushed my flight out, finished my prescriptions, and tried every trick in the book—Valsalva maneuver, gum, yawning, nasal sprays, decongestants, earplugs. Meanwhile, I ordered this device, determined never to have another dive trip ruined.Despite my best efforts and waiting the recommended time before flying, my ears felt like complete trash after my return flights—completely blocked, and I couldn’t hear a thing. Thankfully, this device was waiting for me at home. I tried it and squealed with delight when it worked on the first try. Instant relief! My other ear took a bit more effort to clear, and I do find it slightly tricky to get a good seal on the nostril with the device’s shape. I’ve seen similar products with a tapered head, which I think would be more effective, but that’s my only complaint.I’d still use caution before diving—you don’t want to mess around with your ears. I can’t say whether the Eustachi will clear your ears well enough to descend if you’re struggling to equalize on your own. But it’s worth a try and definitely great to have on hand for relief.

Excellent for Flying Discomfort

I get severe ear pressure when I fly - it lasts for at least 6 hours after I fly, sometimes into the next day. It’s incredibly painful and my hearing gets diminished enough that I scream to talk to anyone. It prevents me from sleeping and gives me headaches. It’s absolutely the worst part about flying for me (and I hate flying). What doesn’t work:X ValsalvaX gumX waterX yawningX earplanesX allergy medicineX nasal spraysI don’t want to use regular decongestants because I don’t like stimulants. I already saw an ENT for this issue and the next step was ear tubes.Today I tried the NeilMed Eustachi combined with Alpine FlyFit earplugs - and IT WORKS. Cleared my ear pressure multiple times during the flight to prevent it from building up too much. Works best if you swallow with water. Absolutely fantastic

Good Device

It doesn’t work every time, but it does a solid job. Always be careful and don’t leave the pressure engaged too long to avoid damage:

Failed to work after a month

This product was recommended by my ENTdoctor for my eustachian tube dysfunctionso I bought it and it worked fine. After abouta month it stopped working so I put in newbatteries, but it still didn’t work. Since it’stoo late to return I’m in a quandary as to whatto do. I’ll probably buy another one, thoughvery pricey, and hope mine was just a fluke🤞

Works very well

I had to take a flight while very congested and nothing was working to pop my ears, felt like I could only hear at 10% of my normal. I ordered this and while it didn’t clear my ears fully it made a significant improvement and has made me much more comfortable.

Packaging

This product came with no box and no directions. It was sideways shoved in a bag. It looks unprofessional or maybe it's been used. Kind of afraid to use it. B

A GIFT FROM THE GODS

**TLDR: It works**Tell me if this sounds familiar:You're 27 years of age, ever since you were 5, about... hmmm... ever 2 years or so you've had to got to the ENT doc because your hearing isn't as good as it should be, the doctor suggests you get a minor surgery to get tubes put in your ears. After about 2 years, they fall out, or you get an ear infection bad enough where they have to be taken out. You finally get to a point where the tubes are out and your ears are fully healed and you're DESPERATE to keep it that way. At this point you've had 11 surgeries, you KNOW when that next one is coming. After getting sick and being over it, you can't hear as well and feel that familiar pressure....In desperation you start researching. Trying everything "maybe its just earwax buildup (you did use Q-tips a few times even though you know not to) So you buy a kit to try and help with it, no dice. You try popping your ear, no dice, you try chewing gum, also no dice, you try a week of trying sinus and Lymph node massages and NOTHING works. One day you hear of rumors on reddit about this "Eustachi" thing that helped people "surely not you say" you look it up anyways.$32 on www.Amazon.com, a little pricey but after reading a few reviews (Hi there!) you decide its better than whatever a trip to the doc and surgery would be in your last ditch attempt. 2 days later (thanks prime) it arrives in a much sturdier box than you expected, take it out, put the batteries in, press the button and... it blows a small bit of air...? "This isn't going to work..." you think. Still you paid the money, might as well try it.You put the weird device on your nose, press the button, plug the other nostril and swallow a few times.... POP! after a few pops suddenly you are not longer in your old reality. The color returns to the world, everything is so much sharper, you hear the fan above your head for the first time in years. The neighbors dog barking across the street, and the wing beat of a butterfly a mile away. you now realize... YOU CAN HEAR COLOR ITSELF. It's all too much to bear, you black out from the overwhelming new sensations and awaken to a dream where the gods themselves have bestowed to you the "Eustachi."Once you come to, you realize you HAVE to write a review on www.amazon.com the domain of Mr. Bezos himself. To spread the word of this gift bestowed upon humanity by the gods to fix the eustachian issues of the flawed beings they have created10/10 Lady Maria Approved**(If you currently have ear tubes I don't personally know if its safe, I'd phone a doctor first)**

Great for Sensitive Flyers!

As a Flight Attendant, this small device saved me a lot during my 1st year of flying! I would recommend this device for anyone who encounters clogged ears when flying. If you use this device as noted, it works wonderfully! P.S. I find it very easy to use this device when swallowing a sip of water, etc. Makes it much easier to use this device!
