Impressive Quality - Sous Vide Ready!
These silicone reusable bags exceeded my expectations. Compared to previous re-usable zipper food backs I've had in the past, they're a different and more robust design, with some impressive thickness in the sealing area that seems like it will function well for a good while. For sous vide, I was worried that they might leak in or be too thick/rigid to get a good cook. The seal held up for a four-hour cook with no issues (better than disposable zip-locks, even). Usually I've used the water-displacement method for using disposable ziplock or oven bags to get the air out of a bag before cooking. These bags were a little different - too rigid for decent water displacement, but I found that simply using my hands to get out as much as possible worked really well. Even though a tiny bit of air remained with that method, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the rigidity of these bags made them perfect for keeping my food in an optimal position without worry of them shifting or floating up sideways like the disposable bags sometimes did.Cleaning was quick and easy - I had no problem using my kitchen brush to clean these out thanks to the rounded corners and large & thick locking grooves.Apart from my good experience so far, I've already appreciated the Inkbird brand for my sous vide cooker (whisper quiet!) as well as other products like professional fish tank pumps that are respected in that industry. I was pleased to find they had an offering for silicone bags that met my needs so well. It's clear that they've taken their expertise in materials and pumps and applied it to these other areas.

Great Product
One might find these items on the pricier side, but treat it like a one time investmemt. These are super sturdy. Can hold good quantity. The one thing to keep in mind is how you wash it. If you have a house help, be sure to remind him/her that it only opens at the top and not through the whole way.

Compared to Stashers...
These are much cheaper and the sizes are much more useful. I have Stashers as well. When I compare them, the Stashers open much more, so cleaning and drying out is easier, but both are dishwasher-safe. I would also trust the seal on Stasher for liquid items more because they seem less likely to pop open, whereas I'm not so sure with these. For the chopped vegetables I freeze, however, I haven't had an issue with the seals at all. These also have expanding bottoms (think a coin-purse shape), so they can hold a lot more than the relatively flat Stashers. I'm getting more of these because they work just fine for leftovers, and I'd recommend them as long as you don't put soup in them. (The wet bell pepper I froze didn't leak at all.)

Work well
Work well to store items. They come in a variety of different sizes and close well. They are also made out of good material. It is a bit difficult to wash

Cheaper Than Vacuum Sealer and Better Than Ziplock Bags
I was pleasantly surprised. I tossed the reusable silicone bag in the dishwasher first and then made a beef navel roast. Sometimes on longer cooks or at high heat a ziplock freezer bag will leak or break. This cooked without issue. As the meat I was cooking was very fatty, I struggled to keep it weighted down. The silicone bags are heavier than a ziplock and gripped the sous vide weight better than a ziplock. I am definitely more comfortable using this than ziplock bags heated for long periods of time. Good product, pays for itself in a short amount of time, and dishwasher safe is a huge bonus.
