I know that l give a lot of five stars but if l feel something deserves, five. For reasons of example.....What it says on the box, value for money. Quality and customer satisfaction. Then l will mark accordingly. I have been taking this because of a recent, short spate, of having to take medication. Which l do not like having to do. I am off it now, your liver has to work hard sometimes. For a variety of reasons. It does regenerate itself because it is a marvellous organ. With too much abuse, however. Sometimes it can suffer. Milk thistle, is used as a good protector. I believe in natural therapy. This also contains dandelion, another aid to digestion and has many other uses. It contains peppermint as well. I put a few drops, first thing in the morning. Into tepid, filtered water. Alkalised, as that helps, with your body's ph balance. I find the taste quite pleasant. If you suffer from, GERD, or even kidney infections, or gall stones. Try using this in alkaline water. You will feel the difference in a short time. You can buy alkaline water filters or drops. To put in water. However, they are not cheap. This bottle of milk thistle complex. Is quite big and is good value for the money.

Milk Thistle is an amazing herb. It’s brilliant for liver detox, constipation and even helps your heart and immune system. If you’re in a Paleo , high fat or even vegetarian diet, the liver usually needs some help as we rarely eat bitter foods ( eg watercress, endives, chicory leaves, dandelion leaves etc) which stimulate the bile in the gall bladder which then aids digestion by breaking down the food and fats etc. Milk Thistle does this very well and is well tolerated I imagine by most adults. Warning- start with a small dose , maybe 8-9 drops x2 daily and build up to more gradually as sudden deep detox can make you feel quite ill, with flu like symptoms, headaches, lethargy and nausea as the toxins flood your system . So slowly does it. Also make sure you drink at least a litre of water + to help flush the toxins out of the body. This product is good quality and if you research all the benefits I guess most of us would do well to take regularly.

I can't say if this works or not as without examination from the medical profession before & after using it, I wouldn't know.What I have known for years is that all the ingredients are great for liver health and have been known throughout centuries for this reason so I am very happy to go on taking it.The taste is not unpleasant,
