It does have a lot of bleach in it. Seems like you could make up your own mix of detergent and bleach if you deluted the bleach to a milder strength. Be sure to rinse it well, especially on the sewn threaded seams. Chlorine can be detrimental to certain fabrics over time.Also, use a quality vinyl protectant afterwards and let it get into the seams well to ensure longevity.

I have never been moved to write a review and wish I would have taken “before” pics. We have been struggling with the rust on our older pontoon’s cream seats. This product works EXACTLY how the company claims it does. I couldn’t have been happier by the way it cleaned my boat seats.The seat on the left looked exactly like the dirty mold stained seat on the right. I’d give this product 100 stars ps also got some back splatter on my pants so wear junk clothes when using.

I used this product for the annual deep clean of our boat, after winter storage. Most mildew easily came off with a swipe of my cloth after spraying. For heavier mildew I left on for a minute, then wiped more aggressively, and it was gone. It did leave a strong smell, but that aired out in a reasonable amount of time.

Works great unless it gets too old. After two years, if you find it kinda not working, buy a new bottle.Gets the stubborn mildew off my white cushions with just a few sprays. The nozzle broke on my first bottle.
