Best EVOO you can buy in my opinion. Excellent flavor and you get that little burn on the back end indicating an outstanding, genuine EVOO. Highly recommended.

Worth Buying
I have been ordering direct from Italy a different brand. This is an amazing olive oil on its own such as bruschetta or dipping. The flavor is worth the taste. I use my other olive oil to boil my pasta but this one for the direct flavor.

Love this extra virgin olive oil. It has a nutty, tangy taste that enhances any dish, salad or taking a shot at night before bedtime.

Id buy it again
Its not like a bottle of olive oil you buy at the store, where it has more floral or leafy and thats it. Like, immediately when i tried a spoonful, it was thick, i could feel it coating to my mouth and sticking to my tongue. Wasnt unpleasant, but it was certainly a very rich oil, which is to say very stick to your ribs fat. Taste, not as pronounced, and people say it is stale. Its not, if you ever had regular olive oil, it would be like normal virgin olive oil. Stale oil, youd get off flavors of oxidation, which it didnt. Aroma wasnt remarkable, smell like oil. What really caught me off guard was when it reached the back of my throat and i could feel a peppery feeling and thats when i tasted a bit more complexity. But, keep in mind, it was unexpected, so i was coughing a little, so maybe it was the air that was letting me taste it better. Now, if youre looking for olive oil perfume, this aint it. This would be perfect for salads or bread or as a finishing oil for some cornish hens or coppa steaks. I wouldnt cook with this, simply because the viscosity and delicate flavor and the pepperiness would be lost. It isnt like oil that you keep by the stove, where its good in the pan, in the oven, in salads, on bread, and for canning fish. Its a specialized oil, so it really excels in certain areas. It might not be better overall, but in some things it is really worth the investment if you enjoy the nuances of food.
