This drone is a great value for the price point. I was interested in having a drone but not interested in spending a thousand dollars for a pro model. So, I ordered what I thought would be a good intro to drones, and clearly made a good decision. This drone is easy to set up and easy to get started. The down side for me, personally, is that it takes a little hand/eye coordination and an adventerous mentality. I have the latter but not so much the former. Regardless of my personal learning curve, it has been so much fun practicing. It's a rugged and smart device and relates well with my iPhone 13 mini smartphone. I'm blown away by the videos and pics that I have taken with this drone, with such high quality. It's exhilarating flying, and even talking about my 'flights' gets my heart racing. So, here's the icing on the cake: I'm flying the thing and I hadn't realize that one of the blades was severed during one of my numerous crashes, which by the way are getting fewer and fewer. The drone was taking a weird path towards trees and a brook and, of course, I panicked and steered the wrong way, even more towards the trees. The drone got caught up in branches, stalled and descended to the ground, right into a shallow brook that runs on my property line. Unfortunately, it landed in about 5 inches of water, which although easily retreivable, ultimately ruined parts of the drone's electronics and killed the battery. I called Bwine's support number and simply wanted to know the most economical way to get back up and running again from my own stupid sequence of events. They asked me to send a video of what damage had been done to the drone. Essentially, only two of the propellers worked after my accident. I sent them a video of the semi-lame drone trying to achieve lift-off, and without further ado, they said they were going to send me a "bare drone" (meaning no peripherals, blades, batteries, bag, etc). What I received was much more than a bare drone and enough parts/accessories to get me up and running again. So, I continue my droning adventures! I absolutely love this "toy". I don't know if I'll elevate to the "pro" model and invest 5 times the cost of this one, and not sure that I would want to. This is a great little little investment that is generating hours of fun. My friends and neighbors are just as enthralled as I am with this little device, and actually think that I'm a good pilot! I swear, if you're thinking about getting into the 'droning life', this is a great jumping off point, because it's a great device and it's a great company to deal with, with awesome customer support. I totally agree with the other positive reports about the Bwine F7 Mini drone.

The media could not be loaded. Ok...so first thing is that the drone came very fast..Very fast shipping by the seller..when I looked at the case, I was like wow this is the nicest case I have ever seen...It looked like the case probably cost more than the drone...the case was that nice...I opened it up and found a drone that could fit in the palm of my hand...this is probably my tenth drone that I ever owned so I am a little experienced with them ...started off by pairing...paired right away in less than a minute... usually with other drones it takes an hour with the wifi connection...this one took less than a minute...so I started take off and it was windy...It was so windy that I thought the wind would crash the drone...nope...the sucker was strong...It took off right away and was fast....so fast that I couldnt belive it...I tested it under extreme conditions with lots of obstacles...it passed all the test...the flight was smooth and I could move the gimbal to my liking...I was so happy when I got this drone...I always dreamt about being a pilot but unfortunately life took it's twist and turns...now I can at leat say i have a drone that can fly better than a plane...so pros1) ease of use2) battery life...last atleast 50 minutes per charge3)seamless integration with the app...no wifi needed4) great video quality5) great flight controls- even in windy weather6) beautiful case7) extra parts included8)no need to register or get a license. This is my first experience with drones, as I received this drone as a gift from my wife, due to my longtime interest in flight. Overall I found the Bwine F7Mini SE model drone to be; fully functional, easy to learn to operate, excellent instructions, good camera quality, and overall satisfactory. Because this is a beginner’s drone, and is obviously very reasonably priced, the drone is compact and very lightweight. The drone also provides three distinct flight speeds that were helpful in learning to manage the controls. I was fully satisfied!

This product has been fantastic and fun. As a first time drone user, the installation was made very easy. The drone works exactly as advertised. I had a minor issue with drone that I contacted their customer service. They responded to me very quickly. The representative (Katherine) was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She was able to resolve my concern in an extremely satisfactory and timely manner. I would highly recommend this product and company to anyone interested in purchasing a drone. The support was outstanding!!!
