These work great and are a great value. I have them plugged in for lighting on my fish tanks and they turn off the lights and turn them back on at the right time every day. They are easy to program too.

As many of the other reviews noted, these are easy to set up once you are aware of a few things which are noted below. I purchased both the small round indoor outlets and the larger outdoor outlets, so these hints apply to both items. The steps outlined in the instructions are actually pretty good but awareness of these hints will make it go much faster for you. 1- I configured my devices one at a time at the same outlet using the Smart Life app on my phone via the BLE mode. The first device is the most time consuming as you need to create a Smart Life account, identify your WIFI and put in your WIFI password. Once that is done, you don't need to do it again for subsequent devices, so it goes pretty fast after that. 2- As noted in the instructions, just plugging the device into an outlet will put the device into its pairing mode and it will appear in the app as "Smart plug x" where x = the number of devices added to the app. I did have one device that didn't appear after plugging it in, so pressing and holding the button on the device for 5 seconds put it into the pairing mode and it connected successfully. 3- As each device is detected, you should edit the name of the device from "Smart plug x" to a meaningful description e.g "Smart plug kitchen". I also wrote the description on the device with a sharpie as several of the devices will be used with Christmas lights and will be stored away in the off season. 4- I just wanted mine to power on and off as specific times. To do this, tap on "timer" for the device in the app and then tap on "add schedule". The thing to remember is that each schedule added only does one function (on or off), so if you want it to power on at a specific time, that's one schedule and if you want it to power off at a specific time, that's another schedule. The schedules just pile up in the order that you add them for the device and execute based on the time and the function (on or off) that you choose. Note that the indoor and outdoor devices behave a little differently from each other in the app because the outdoor devices have 2 individually configurable outlets, so it is a little more complicated but pretty obvious. You can also manually power the devices on and off via the app even with schedules in place.

These smart plugs were easy to set up, easy to use, and they work well. Mine came with all 4 plugs and an instruction manual. The app was intuitive and user friendly so I had no problem creating an account and connecting to the smart plug over Wifi. Just follow the instructions. One thing to note is that you need the 2.4 Ghz Wifi. The Wifi will not connect if you only have 5 Ghz.The circular plug size is good but it's a bit bulky. If I have one on top the outlet, I cannot put another one on the bottom. Also doesn't work if my secondary plug is L-shaped and pointing upwards. I have a 3-prong adapter that I use in my living room so I can have more space. In my bedroom, I have the plug on a schedule to run my fan for an hour every night. The white noise helps me sleep and the wind regulates my body temperature (I get very warm at night). So far, I've had them for almost a year and they're still functional so the quality is good and durable. I recommend it and if I need more smart plugs, I'd buy these again.

These work great - easy to set-up and love the mobile app. Can turn on and off from anywhere!

Great. I use these for my grow light timers. It is easy to set up and they work perfectly. I did set them up through my google home - that process was easy when you follow the steps.

There’s so many amazing things I could say about these outlets but the one thing I will say is that they connect a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi so if you have 5G, they won’t connect, but I have a 5G hotspot that actually allows you to make another connection so I have a 5G and a 2.4 Both from my modem But after you figure out connectivity, these things will never drop you can control them from your phone and do a number of amazing things like turning on humidifiers dehumidifiers lights fans, anything and all links to a great smart app that has other products I have thermostats, smart cameras everything all under one app you can label and name things there’s Timers it’s actually so impressive. I feel old at 45 with the technology that this thing has I’ve used a lot of different Wi-Fi connected devices that always drop connectivity and when you come back home, you have to reconnect the device anything connected to this device in any of the products that are associated with it never lose connectivity ever.

Worked. The description is incorrect, or is it? The description says rated for 10a, support says rated for 15a. Quite a difference. It was pretty easy setup. They would not work with my new infrared stove. Alexa could turn off, but not on. Worked fine with the older stove. A minor inconvenience. Pretty good support.
