Bought this to use after knee replacement surgery and it is very good. Things I like are, it goes in the freezer so cools down well and is ready to use in about 5-10 minutes after taking it out. It wraps around the knee well. Keeps cold for about 20 minutes. Helps relive pain before and after physio exercises. Things I don’t like as much, it only covers the front or back of the knee, it would be good if it was made to wrap completely around the knee. The straps are a faff and I have stopped trying to use them.

This item was described. Because it is quite slim, it fits nicely in the freezer on top of other items. It is of good quality. It has certainly helped with the pain in my knee, so much so that I haven't needed to take as many painkillers. It is well worth what I paid for it

On the hole !! pretty good for the legs or shoulders !! ... took a bit of time to work the straps ?? as there's no real instructions as such & how not to break them ( easily done me tinks ) after time used ? ... if straps used or tied up wrongly !! ..But @ the end of the day a family sized bag of ftozen peas with a wet towel placed on the area first does exactly or better job..... plus !!! cheaper by far ...
