I was looking for something like an affordable safe when I came across this. I wasn’t expecting it to be what I needed but decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! I placed it on my nightstand and now have a safe like thing big enough for everything I need. I could have also put it on my door but decided against it. It’s secure and the fingerprint function works great. Totally worth it.

It often takes multiple attempts to unlock, especially if your fingers are too dry or slightly damp. This can be frustrating in daily use and affects overall convenience.If you’re relying primarily on fingerprint unlocking, you might find it disappointing. However, if you’re okay with occasionally using Bluetooth as a backup, this lock still offers some level of security and functionality.

Follow the directions, measure twice drill once. I installed it on the top drawer of my nightstand just below the pull handle and it’s very discreet. I downloaded the app and registered mine and my wife’s fingers and have never had to fiddle with it’ll again, it just works.

I am using this as a prop for an escape room. This keeps things secure from casual sticky fingers but not from a dedicated attempt. The weakness is the drawer and the very thin metal construction.
