Great product easy to start

The media could not be loaded. This Generator is in the Excellent Range! We have had multiple disasters in the Houston Texas area that had long power outages. This Westinghouse generator has been a lifesaver and has done its job with flying colors! The 2021 winter storm that froze Texas lowered my house temperature to 27°F, inside! After getting the generator started up (one pull!), we could run the lights, a space heater and a couple oil-filled heaters with no problem. During this most recent Hurricane Beryl (2024), we are still without electricity for over 48 hours and counting. It’s a sweltering 98° and 90% humidity outside, but I can run a 14000 BTU AC and the refrigerator and fans to keep my family comfortable. It also kept the fiber modem and router connected to our wifi connection. I would 100% recommend this generator. It starts on the first pull straight out of my storage shed (which was destroyed by the hurricane). It runs and runs strong. No regrets! Also, a full tank lasts me around 6 hours or more, it depends on how much load is being used.*Edit - We finally got power back on. My Westinghouse WGen3600V Generator ran 60 hours (2.5 days) straight without any issues at all! Easy work! 100% Recommend.*I purchased this generator in June of 2020 for $299.92.*When storing any gas-powered small engines, try not to store them with fuel (if you do, be sure to store them with a fuel stabilizer added to the gasoline). Before storing, run the engine and shut off the fuel valve until the engine stops. This will prevent the gas from gumming up the carburetor. Doing these things will help ensure that your engine will start when you need it!

Cheap carb or something about this makes it really hard (almost impossible) to start when its cold out (winter). Like 50 pulls hard. Take the air filter out, turn choke off, spray starting fluid, choke on and pull. Put air filter back on all in freezing cold weather. Pay extra for the battery start version and keep the battery up to snuff is my recommendation.

Runs very quiet, functions properly, easy to start, only draw back is very heavy you do need the wheel kit for move ability, would recommend and would purchase again

It was out of stock when I ordered but shipped quickly from the manufacturer. Great little unit, all the features I needed and you cannot beat the price. 3 year warranty sets your mind at ease in terms of build quality.

Easy set up-watched several you tube videos. Helped us charge our refrigerator and a few smaller appliances while bad weather took our power out. Glad I had this ready as a backup!
