Easy to Program and Use
This keypad was easy to install and program and was easy to sync with the Topens control board. I had some issues with the motor and the system that had to be repaired after a hurricane. Topens was very easy to work with and responsive, and after I was able to repair everything, this keypad was still synced and programmed with the codes I had created.

Happy with purchase. Received item quickly, works like it is suppose to. Customer service responded quickly and honestly answer questions, regarding broken cover. Received replacement unit in 2 days.

Overpriced and poor quality
Worked for 30 days and the battery died. Replaced the battery and it worked for a few days and now no longer works. This is the second remote opener option I’ve tried from Topens and they both haven’t lasted. I don’t recommend buying these accessories. They’re overpriced to begin with!
