Beautiful, but too many crystals were broken.
This takes quite awhile to assemble, but it is worth it. The chandelier is beautiful. However, there were so many broken crystals that I need replacements. Hopefully the seller responds.Edit- replacement crystals were received without issue! Updating to 5 stars.

Beautiful
Fast delivery and stunning! Installation takes awhile bc you have to place each single crystal but worth it! We broke three crystals while hanging them but thankfully they send you extra! Very happy with this purchase!

The media could not be loaded. SO GORGEOUS. I must’ve looked at hundreds of chandeliers, no regrets getting this one for our foyer. It radiates little rainbows when the sunlight hits it. It’s the first thing I see when I exit our master bedroom. It’s a statement piece! Only con is the top ring was bent but my husband was able to straighten it out.Lots of extra crystals. We have 18’ ceilings in the foyer.

I Absolutely Love It 🥰😍
So I purchased a 26 year old home recently, and a lot of things are outdated! I knew that changing lights can have a great impact on the look of a house and decided to change the chandelier. Here’s my experience below:1. The light looks great! My installer did not complain of damage or missing pieces. He is a professional and did not complain of a gruesome assembly process.2. Amazon did not deliver the package to my house, they sent it to USPS because the box was too large/heavy. This may be something to consider if you have a small car, live too far from your local post office, can’t work your 9-5 and find time to go to the post office as well before they close, or can’t lift large items into a car by yourself.3. The picture shows the light I replaced. My ceiling is 18ft and I believe this chandelier fits the space well. Also, the chain length is the maximum length but I believe if you need longer you can ask the manufacturer. Overall, great purchase!!!

Beautiful chandelier but I can’t get extra crystals
Chandelier is beautiful but a few of the crystals were scratched and one was broken. It says in the listing don’t worry, we will send extra crystals. I’ve tried contacting the company and Amazon without luck. Amazon said I can return it, it’s already installed. I don’t need to return it, I just need some extra crystals. If you truly want to provide good customer service, don’t make this so hard! I don’t have time to keep following up in this!!

It’s a large, beautiful chandelier
I like it, it’s big and beautiful, but it doesn’t seem to have the rainbow of color my other chandelier has. Also, when you sit at the table and look up, you see the inner construction of the light including light bulbs. Because of the multitude of crystal balls that hang from my other chandelier, all that is hidden. I don’t think I would buy this type again.
