Bold Flavor With a Satisfying Crunch
I recently tried the PLANTERS Dry Roasted Bold and Savory Peanuts (16 oz jar), and they’ve quickly become a favorite snack in my household. The blend of spices, including hints of garlic, onion, and paprika, delivers a robust flavor that stands out from typical roasted peanuts. The dry roasting process gives them a satisfying crunch without the greasiness found in some other brands. Each serving provides 7 grams of plant-based protein, making them a convenient and tasty option for a quick energy boost during the day. While the flavor is bold and enjoyable, I did notice that the seasoning can be a bit uneven at times, with some peanuts more heavily coated than others. Additionally, the sodium content is on the higher side, so those watching their salt intake might want to consume them in moderation. Despite these minor points, the overall quality and taste make them a worthwhile purchase for anyone looking to add a flavorful twist to their snacking routine.

Tasty Snack, But Dangerously Easy to Overeat!
These peanuts taste great and make an awesome snack! I’d definitely recommend them. The size is perfect for the price, and they arrived super fresh and in perfect condition. There was no dents, damage, or signs of tampering. I also love that they’re not oily at all, which is a big plus for me. The packaging is really nice too. It's simple, clean, and easy to store.Side note: I didn’t realize how many calories peanuts have, and I could seriously eat this whole container in one sitting. So while they’re absolutely delicious, I probably won’t repurchase too often just because they’re way too easy to overeat!

Fresh and Tasty Peanuts
I've recently stumbled across Tajin seasoning on peanuts and was trying to replicate it.Dry roasted is my usual go-to but the Tajin didn't stick to the peanuts at all. Then I remembered that cocktail peanuts were roasted in oil and always thought they were a little greasy, the perfect surface for Tajin adhesion! But when I popped the lid, it was a case of good news/bad news. It turns out cocktail peanuts are not as oily as before. Good for your health, but bad for my Tajin sticking to them idea. Oh well. The peanuts were fresh and tasty as one expects from Planters.

Could be crunchier
Good flavor. Wish they were a bit fresher and crunchier. Note: unlike most planter products, these do not bear a Kosher symbol.

These are lightly salted cocktail, not dry roasted
My favorite style of peanuts from Planters. Often hard to find in grocery stores. Second time ordering . The stick on label was actually the wrong label which caused the description to read dry roasted when they are really cocktail peanuts. Someone needs to check this so that customers know which peanuts they will receive. I always prefer lightly salted cocktail peanuts. So I'm very happy with my 2 new cans!!!!!!!!

Would Repurchase
Absolutely love this. Not too sweet and not spicy (for those who like spicy). I asked someone to try it and they said no... then they tasted literally 2 nuts. I eventually had to take up the bottle because they started taking handfuls each time. The nuts were nicely coated with the sweet and spicy and they were also crunchy and fresh. Definitely would purchase again as I now only have half bottle left (and I opened it this afternoon).

Not my flavor
It was a bit to BOLD for me. It certainly overwhelmed the other flavor. My son was ok with them so no waste here.

One of my two favorite peanuts.
One of my two favorite peanuts, the other being Amazon Happy Belly peanuts. The planters' sweet and spicy is spicy, while the Appy Belly isn't, and the Happy Belly is sweeter, but both are delicious. Cost-wise, the Happy Belly is cheaper at $0.15 per ounce, while the Planters is $0.20 per ounce. I will keep buying both.
