I love my laptop. The battery life is long. The keyboard is soft and easy to use. The screen is clear and just the size i like. The laptop look and work as described.

I’ve had it for 3 months now and it’s perfect for what I need it to do, which is online classes, drawing, and watching movies. At some point I’m going to test some games (fear & hunger, Minecraft) to see if they’ll work, I’ll update my review when I try that.Its battery life is pretty decent too, it stays charged for hours depending on what you’re doing and how high the brightness is, it charges quickly too, like it’s fully charged within 2 hours. Its on the bigger side, I have a basic 16oz water bottle for scale in my pics if you’re curious about that, it’s a little bit annoying carrying it around but not too bad.The quality and durability seem to be good. I’ve dropped it multiple times, and once I even accidentally kicked it off my bed so hard it basically went flying lol the laptop was completely fine.Make sure to update it, otherwise it’ll be super slow, laggy, and basically useless…so update it asap! I almost returned it when I first got it because of this, but a simple update fixed it completely.

I recently purchased this basic laptop on Amazon, and overall, I'm quite pleased with it. It's perfect for everyday tasks like browsing the web, streaming videos, and working on documents. The screen quality is decent, and the battery life is good enough to get through a full day of light use.However, it's not a powerhouse—don't expect it to handle heavy gaming or demanding software. The build quality feels a bit on the cheaper side, but that's expected at this price point. For the cost, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a reliable laptop for basic needs.

Definitely not a fast computer but for office work i gotta say it does amazingly good but if you wanna do any kind of gaming it's probably gonna be like impressively bad🤷‍♂️

I got this laptop for some minor projects with editing vocals. I would say I got maybe 30 hours out of if it over the course of less than 1 month. In the middle of an editing project the laptop screen went black. The whole laptop shut off and has not turned on since. The light blinks then goes dark again.Update - they pushed back tha ship date a few times. After 23 days of waiting and being told "it's on it's way" or "you'll receive it within 72 hours" I receive an email telling me they don't have this item available any more.This has caused me to lose work. It has cost me time and money.I will never buy from this seller again and will be looking for a laptop somewhere other than Amazon. This is ridiculous and unacceptable!Update:I returned the laptop for a replacement. The pushed back the ship date 3 times. After waiting a month for the replacement, I was told they could not fulfill the order. More time and jobs lost waiting on a laptop that never came.

So far, so good. I always come back and update my reviews if something changes, but we have had this laptop since about Thanksgiving of 2024. My husband takes it back and forth to and from work to order parts on. We set it up with the usual, standard stuff. Aka, internet, YouTube, Gmail, Word, and a few sites he uses, like Napa, etc. He really likes the size, and the blue color. It also fits perfectly in his backpack so when he rides the motorcycle he can still carry it.It took about an hour or two to set everything up, and once he got the new mouse, he was off and running. I think it was a great find for a great price, and I will be returning for similar purchases like this in the future.

I am very happy with this laptop, even though it is refurbished, you can't tell, looks brand new. The screen resolution is clear as can be. The weight & size are just right for what I need. I don't use it every day, but if needed it will do the job. As a bonus to me, it is blue, my favorite color. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought this for my mom and Microsoft is not working right says we need a product key but none came with the laptop so we can't really use Microsoft 365 unless we have a product key. Everything else works great
