1 scoop in 24oz of water and 30 minutes later i was buzzing like a chainsaw cutting wood on nitro. I suggest to make sure your 2+hours after having a cup of coffee before drinking this stuff. It was leg day and it was the best leg day i had and i didn't procrastinate. I couldn't believe how much energy this stuff gave me. Best part was no crash, but worse part was i over did it. I had the energy to push thru from my 8-12 reps to 16+ and adding another set with no sign of running out of steam. Today was a different story. Took it 6+ hours after my last cup of coffee and 30 minutes prior to exercising and yesterdays you over did it kicked in... So I just focused on core. Sore but not tired.I had no side effects and no upset stomach.If it has the same effect 2 weeks from now i will be buying another container as i train 4 days a week.

Wanted to give it a try, Ive been using NoXplode and thought Id cycle off it for a while. Like this one a lot-no crash so far, first time using it I had three hard hours behind me and still felt like going at it more! No headache, did have some stomach related runs-no biggie tho. New Fave!!!Had to add- just third day using this, no stomach issues, still no crashing, no headaches. Reminds me the of old Ultimate Orange-in that YOU BETTER HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WHEN YOU TAKE THIS!!! One of the best pre-workout I've ever tried. Gets me going with the energy needed for a great workout. Good for a great pump without the strong tingles all over your arms. I feel it naturally increases free testosterone as it specifies but blood work would be needed to verify. All in all keeps me coming back to the gym for another workout. I would definitely recommend this product!

The best in the game. My heart doesn't feel weird like it did with alll of the other pre workout. No crash either.
