Great Product very happy with it and performing well even after 5 months of usage

The Product is very good and a family for 4-5 people can use it. Further it heating capacity is very fast and quality wise it also Good

Firstly, the coustomer support from AO smith is excellent. The installation process was very smooth and quick. They themselves contacted us and installed the geyser within a day of delivery.Secondly, coming to the review of the product, it is not meant for looks, but does it's work very efficiently. Its instant(2 min) water heating capacity is good.Finally, the 15l product is not meant for long shower, so if you are a person who enjoys long showers(don't waste water), buy a bigger capacity version.

This product, along with its services, is highly disappointing. When purchased on Amazon, it does not come with a geyser connection pipe, and the technician demanded an additional ₹886 for it. Moreover, if you have high water pressure, this geyser is entirely unsuitable as it is incapable of handling it and may lead to issues with the water level pipe.

I have purchased the geyser 6 months back, till now it's good, no issue. Good attitude shown bu AO smith personnel during installation.

Excellent product it's really good in budget where entire geyser will fix in ceiling it will not visible to anyone

I have bought the same model since the old one gone bad. Delivery was on time but the installation took forever. There is no good understanding between the installation person and customer care. They didn’t honour the appointment slot timing so I had to wait 2 weeks after receiving the product. Happy with the product but not with the installation.

The product is good and the water heats very fast
