I really like this monitor. It has a nice big display which is super sharp, and the HD quality from the cameras is outstanding... even in night vision you can still see every movement no matter how small. It has a great range of additional options such as the night light, sounds and ability to have it display both cameras at once. I should add the range of motion on the cameras plus the 4x zoom (digital) really make it easy to keep tabs on your lil one (or surprise your partner).The "However" for me is... We've had this almost a month and one of the cameras has stopped functioning for some reason. The power cables are fine but this camera just doesn't turn on, despite it working 2 days ago. Could someone get back to me about this otherwise I might have to return it as faulty...[UPDATE!]So I had one camera go on the fritz where it stopped drawing power. Sean from Babysense quickly and efficiently replaced the faulty camera unit at no charge and shipped it next day so we weren't without our second for long. It was amazing service and I cannot thank them enough for their time and effort to sort this out. A* service.

UPDATE: one of the cameras has died after 10 months. Should still be under warranty but there's no easy way to report the issue. Bit disappointing.Great monitor to keep an eye on both kids while they sleep, or having a nice big screen for just the younger one when he's napping.Not used the lullabies or the night light features but they're very nice and eventually the night light might start being used for the older one.The range is fantastic, even through thick stone walls. I get signal down the end of the garden 15m away from the house so I can be flipping burgers on the barbie this summer no worries.Hit the power button once and the screen turns off while keeping the audio feed on. So battery can last all night that way if necessary.The ONLY downside for us is that you have to pick which child to listen to. The monitor can't play both audio feeds at the same time. You can switch between audio feeds very quickly but it's only one at a time. So pick your favourite and listen out for them.

Very pleased with my purchase, I’ve had this monitor a little under a year and the picture is so clear. Great that you can use 2 cameras and have a split screen, ideal when you have two little ones. One of my adapters recently started to make a scratching noise, I reached out to customer services and they sent replacements the next day. Great product and great customer service!!

Edit: 15.7.23So the monitors ability to show child at night suddenly stopped working and the screen literally was black. I did read someone else's review about the infrared suddenly ceased to work. Sent back to Amazon and refund given. Thank you Amazon for quick turn around.The monitor and cameras are sturdy and a great size. You can set them up with your eyes closed. The menu options and buttons on the monitor are very straight forward, a 5 year old could do it. Nothing about this product (so far) is confusing or absent. Split screen is easy to find and sort, just make sure both cameras are plugged in to power. There is a good length on the wire from the socket too. The cameras movement is great and I can see the whole of my toddlers cot. Simply pressing up or down or side to side if she moves further away etc. Sound is very clear, you can select how sensitive you'd like the cam to react. There is an eco setting so monitor goes on standby to conserve battery but if baby/toddler moves enough to trigger the sensitivity factor set, then the screen simply pings back on and you will see and hear what is going on until child settles again. Monitor is chargeable. Great size screen and very clear. I'm impressed so far. Will update if needs be as expecting baby imminently, so other camera will be set up for him along side daughter's in her room. Great range too as it's not wifi (I wouldn't ever buy wifi cams again)

Received, and got up and running quickly. Picture quality very good for two cameras.However, the monitor wouldn't wake from eco mode on the very first night we used it.You'll see a lot of the questions for this item and other babysense products about connectivity issues. Sellers recommend resetting it, and state that it's likely to be suffering interference. However I think it's just a poor product.We didn't keep the monitor near a mobile phone or anything else. However, what house doesn't have wifi and other devices in operation? Not realistic.Overall poor product and wouldn't recommend.

As first time parents, we frankly wasted money on a different brand ‘smart baby monitor’, which now serves as very expensive white noise machine.What we wanted was a monitor with a decent screen that didn’t rely on Wi-Fi, and this is hands down the best we found that ticks all the boxes. Screen quality is excellent and a good size, microphone is sensitive and speaker great. Night vision importantly is clear and the ability to pan the camera means we can track our wriggler all around the cot without issue. Range on the parent unit reaches all parts of our house including the garden.We had an older version before the HD2 and the parent unit was plagued with issues, only lasted 4-6 months before it stopped charging. Annoying, but the pain was softened by how great the customer service is. Helpful, fast, and even faster replacement.I note this new version feels more robust, and the charging port is different, so fully expect that’s addressed the old versions issues.We’ve taken this to hotels, on holidays, to friends/family’s, and every time without fail it just connects and works. One less thing to worry about! If you’re hesitating, here’s your sign just to buy it!
