I've tried three other brands - this is the only one that I noticed any difference with for weight loss.

When I was buying these, I looked up what the possible side effects and one of them was “weaken enamel in the teeth”. I thought that was odd. However, after a week of taking these, my teeth felt “achy”. That’s the only way I can explain it. They may work for the reason you’d take them, but I didn’t get there.

Easier to take than drinking the liquid form. No after-taste, easy to swallow pills. With diabetes readings increasing, I decided to take ONLY the brand Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar pills. I had to work with the dosage and now take 2 pills with supper and wake with blood glucose readings from 80-100 with my routine meds.
