I purchased this neck pillow for my neck. This one is perfect. I bought two more today for other family members. It holds my neck and when I’m not using it returns to the firm neck pillow it was. Excellent product. My neck pain is gone and I sleep well now. Definitely recommend.

I received on April 1st gave it the benefit of the doubt until my fiancé said give it a few more days so I did here. We are April 4 and still nothing.And never got bigger. It’s not even round. I was actually just gonna use it for my foot because I had an ankle surgery and I was gonna put my foot over it since I sleep on my stomach but for 20 bucks, I will not recommend at all.I will be returning it

I got the soft. I use this to keep between my thighs as recommended by my chiropractor. It's very soft so if you are a bigger person than 100 pounds, you may want to go with the firm one. The cover doesn't hold up well, it starting to have little fuzzy balls which is annoying and make it look old.

It’s a nice pillow, but not soft enough for me and gave me pain. I’m very tiny, so need something with a bit more give. Kept to use against my back when side sleeping, but will need something softer for my neck.

Overall great product. I really like this product and provide the perfect support for ME.Couple tips. The packaging is compressed very tightly, so it'll take a few hours to take shape. I suggest remove the cover (toss in wash), while waiting, place the compressed foam near somewhere warm. frequently massage it as the foam is "sticky" and the air pockets may have stuck. Fully massage it, especially along the creased areas. In a few minutes, it will expand little by little. Keep doing it until its a good cylinder shape. Also give time to air, as the foam does initially have a strong chemically smell (it will go away in a few hours). Then put cover back on. Enjoy this awesome pillow.
