Agri-Fab 40880 Wheel, 13 by 4 (5/8-Inch Id)

The only difference the wheels that came with my John Deere 8-cu ft garden cart were painted yellow. A few years earlier i had run over something that punctured the tire so I purchased this Agri-Fab 40880-wheel assembly which is painted gray so now my both wheels match and Agri-Fab's price is less plus fast delivery.

Harder than I thought to find a fix for blown tire on my 8Y cart. But this is exact replacement except for Grey instead of Yellow. Turns out seems the Cart is actually made by the Agri people who make this tire.It came with whole Hub, Inner tube, tire, ready to go. Great value.

Work well

Replaced wheel/tire on my John Deere lawn cart. Cheaper than OEM and works fine. Of course, this isn’t exactly rocket surgery.

Tire keeps going flat ...Even the first day I received it

Fit perfect and very simple to change. Checked on buying just new tires and the tires alone cost about what these wheels and tires cost . And, there's no fooling with having them mounted on the old rims. Or worse yet wasting the time and effort to mount the tires yourself.

The rim has a wide solid metal piece that I assume keeps the tire exactly where it fits snugly on axle. I purchased this company’s cart from my local co op and they could not get the tire and tube for me to replace. This wide metal is too wide and will not fit my cart. Since both tires blew out on me I can only assume they have made the axle wider to distribute the weight better. It was shipped fast, just did not fit.
